Delivery person was extremely rude last night. Literally put the food warmer on the ground only to shove the items into my hands so fast that I dropped one of the items. He clearly had an attitude and shouldn't be handling food, let alone being in customer service. No care for someone's food. I tried to ignore the reviews but this will be my last time ordering from them.

I am giving one star because for the past few months this location turns off its delivery completely for the day. It does not matter what time I check , 5pm , 8pm, 10pm their delivery is always off . Ive picked up from them a few times but some days I can’t physically go in. Its upsetting that delivery is no longer an option . Will no longer be ordering … or even attempting to order …

Orders are incorrect most times. I tried ordering on the app with points to redeem a free pizza with the rest of my order but the payment would not process. I called for assistance like the app said but I got no assistance. Instead having to pay for said free pizza. Even though I comprised paying for the pizza, the order was sent to me incorrectly. I’ve seen some reviews on here almost a year ago with the same issue of incorrect orders. It’s sad to see they have not changed even with customer complaints.

I had an EXTREMELY disrespectful employee talk to me on the phone and I called for 2 medium pies and I stopped speaking into the phone for about 2 seconds and this rude employee just hung up. unbelievable. When I call back, this woman says “are you going to order something or are you going to play games”?? That’s extremely disrespectful and I don’t think someone like that belongs in customer service if they are going to act like that. Automatically assuming that a customer, (which I was being polite at the start by the way) is playing games after trying to call back ONLY a second time after THEY hung up the phone on me is just simply stupid. I honestly hope that employee is FIRED soon because they do not have the attitude to be attending customers. It really ruins a pleasant dinner experience when you have such foul people like this woman attending customers and transferring their bitter energy onto others. It truly does. They do not have good customer service. They also stopped answering the first number i called so i tried a second number to call to try to give a small complaint and another guy answered but did absolutely nothing. Incompetent and useless. Just pretended that employee was new or didn’t understand when I have very well ordered many times from here. I do not have a name for that employee but it is a woman with some kind of accent to identify this employee. Absolutely rude. Don’t be surprised if such a “person” has an attitude with you all of a sudden while ordering your food. Just hang up if that’s the case. Waste of time those people. Absolutely no class and unscrupulous.

I order many times but every and each times what I order I never get my order correct every times something is missing or wrong topping or missing they forgot then I wait more and every time I repeat and repeat please make it well done but I bet they wouldn't do that and I take home uncooked and we try a bite and then throw in

I ordered and paid for 2 walk-in orders (2 pans and 1 large) and when I came back to pick them up, only one order was ready. When I asked when the second order would be ready, they first said I never place the second order. After showing them the receipt and credit card charge, they started shouting in Arabic and accused me of not paying. Almost an hour later, with my first order being cold, the second order was finally ready and not to my surprise, they got the toppings wrong.
