Terrible. I think im done with Dunkin donuts in general. How hard is it to make a cup of coffee with milk? Why am I getting a cup of milk with a splash of coffee? It was 5am, I was the only customer in line, and I ordered ahead. I genuinely tried to give Dunkin a shot, but the quality their staff brings is so inconsistent. I'm just gonna go back to making my own coffee at quickchek and WAWAs.

We stopped by at 7:30 pm and ordered 2 Frozen coffees. And the employees had already washed the machine to make frozen coffee and told us that the machine was damaged. This same thing happened the next week.
