Came here for the first time, our waitress Noala was so helpful she explained everything to us as we are those types of customers. We told her about allergies she was able to accommodate everything. Everything was tailor made to suit our needs we appreciate everything about this place beautiful food with beautiful experiences. Ordered the most expensive boil and some other things for my kids, they didnt give me the boil. When called about it, they tried to gaslight me and said it was handed to the driver after their front desk girl already told us she only gave the driver one bag. Then instead of trying to rectify anything they said that I can come and pick one up if i feel like it. Whats the point of ordering delivery, waiting an hour for it to arrive just to have to go out myself and waste an additional hour driving to go pick it up and come back home? Poor customer service. The soups were good, the poboy was soggy and the calamari had no flavor and soggy as well. The breadsticks are clearly just defrosted and thrown in the oven and the broccoli had literally zero seasoning on it. Not even salt?! Not to mention, in place of my boil they gave me mozzarella sticks that we didn't even order?? A shame for the prices they charge. Will never give them my business again.

Was in NYC for a weekend trip n came across this place. $39.99 for ayce seafood boil bags. What an amazing deal. Not only was seafood included, appetizers n a Korean BBQ is included Also. We were able to get 2 clusters of both snow crab legs n dungeons crab legs. Omg. Are dungeons crab legs were HUGE. after only 2 orders each, we had enough. Pretty odd because we are big guys. Just shows how big they were. We did want to try the Korean BBQ tho. So we got an order of short ribs n 2 rib eye steak. Onions n mushrooms. Pretty cool. You get to cook it at your table. The server was cooking it for the customers at the other tables, but I told here I could handle it. Pretty awesome. Only complaint was are mushrooms. There just didn't look or taste like mushrooms. Idk. Put that Def didn't impact my experience. Even 2 managers were walking around helping customers (refilling drinks, getting napkins, helping with the grill) Def nice to see managers helping and not hiding. The only thing I didn't understand was why the tip was added to my bill. I personally like to have control what I tip. It included an 18% gratuity. But it also had the option to add another 15%,18%,20% tip at the end of the bill. NEVER SEEN THIS BEFORE ANYWHERE. Kinda like the wanna catch people and double tip?? I asked the waitress if the 18% went to her, and she said yes. It's just alittle confusing that section is down there. My watress did an outstanding job. I would of gave her $20, but since my tip was added in, that's what I paid. I could of added more but confusing and had to get on the road. I can honestly say, I will definitely be taking a road trip (2hours) to go there again. A MUST TRY FOR ANYONE WHO LIKES SEAFOOD N CRAB LEGS.
