The Indian delivery driver gave me my food that was over $50+ so it was quite a few items and asked me to sign. I put the boxes to the side and sign. He didn’t see me reaching my pocket and threw the receipt on the floor. I was going to give him a cash tip bring me money.
I craved for pizza on a Sunday lunch! So Papa Johns was the nearest option. It didn’t fail. I finished my 10 inch pizza in no time. ✌?

Uncooked pizza crust. Had gotten stuffed crust. Employees were extremely rude, first denied as if I was eating pizza for the first time in my life and don’t know what uncooked dough looks like. I sent proof and in the end was still denied a refund.Save yourself the hassle and get pizza from somewhere else.

I wish I could give 0 stars. I came in this place to pick up a uber delivery and after a long wait I receive the order which was in 2 containers with no bag. The customer ordered BBQ Wings and the employee at this Papa Johns hands me the two containers with no bag. I asked “theres no bag?” And he hands me a plastic bag. Like I just don’t get it. Very poor customer service and too slow.

I've never had their food, I've only picked up orders for delivery from them and the customer service is terrible. No one greets you when coming in. People that work there are more interested in their own conversation in the back than anything else that's going on customer wise in their store.

This company will charge your credit card and than state the charge didnt go through and not make the order you will show them proof of the charge and they will state they can not make the order this the one in Bayonne NJ is a scam DO NOT GO THERE. If there was an option for negetive 5 stars they would get it

Ordered food worth a lot of money and what was delivered was not even half of what I paid with some items missing. Called in and the manager told me to contact whoever delivered the food and he didn’t offer a refund or anything. Will never order from them again

Called to explain the situation, I sent a picture at their request and they had the gaul to blame it on the oven temperature. I asked for a resolution after paying $34 for an undercooked pizza, either exchange or refund and I was told a manager would contact me, which after 1.5 hrs of waiting for the call, nothing. I reached out to their customer service on the website and it was no better. If I could give it less than 1 star I would. No other pizza chain would make you go through so many hoops because they messed up your order. Undercooked, poor quality pizza is an automatic exchange or refund. Don't waste your money or time.
