I received wrong items as well as a few missing items not once but twice in the same day. I wrote the business on Facebook because UberEats still tried to make me pay for the order and after almost 4 hours of just trying to get the correct sandwich, I got no help from Uber eats support except a refund on the second order but not the incorrect first. The owner accused me of bashing a small business when all I said was that they need to read the tickets and make sure the food is going out correctly. They removed my comment and a few other restaurant owners contacted me and let me know that they were immature in how they handled this. I have waited a few months to post this because I wanted to see if there were others in the same boat. And to the owner, I worked for corporate chain restaurants from the bottom to the office and moved on to other Jersey City restaurants and bars as bar management and agm roles. Simply you cannot take criticism and blocking paying customers is your way of trying to keep the feedback low but the 2.2 UberEats ratings tell the story. I only ordered twice from Phat Subs after months of ordering Mr Beast through them and even though I don't order from either anymore, my guy does here and there and their quality has gone way downhill as well. They have about 5 or 6 ghost kitchens on UberEats with similar ratings. They could have just apologized and said they were busy or could've sent their own delivery people 4 blocks to us. Instead they got childish and blocked my comment.

I tried calling 4 times. The first time they picked up and I asked to place an order for delivery and they hung up on me. I tried calling again 3 times at separate times and yet no one picked up at all. I can understand if they are busy. But at least pick up the phone and put the customer on hold. They’ll understand. Never again.

They go by Crave Burger on UberEats, so be wary ordering from this place. My friend and I had ordered from this place twice and both times the restaurant let us wait for over an hour, letting us wait there without telling us that they were in fact out of BEEF. They don’t tell you when they’re out of stuff when you order and this apparently happens VERY often. In addition to ignoring their customers and being a mess in general, their employees are not friendly. Avoid avoid AVOID at all costs.

This place has wings now (ordered from their ghost kitchen inside the restaurant, “Fofo’s Chicken”), and they are PHENOMENAL! I Had the Korean wings and they were a little sweet and tangy, the wings themselves were very juicy and not greasy. I see a lot of potential seeing as there aren’t many good wing places I’ve found. Definitely would recommend! ?

I'm sorry but for 15$ I got the smallest burger on the planet, order was wrong could have gotten a better meal off the dollar menu at McDonalds, maybe better in person but very disappointed

The food that actually came was good. But my daughter was so disappointed when she opened her box of mozzarella sticks to see a handful of fries and marinara sauce but no mozzarella sticks.

Their Chopped Cheese Sandwich was absolutely delicious! I 100% would recommend this place to everyone.

Not bad, but it's way too over seasoned. I ordered a burger with specific instructions and still got items on my burger that I didn't ask for, to include bacon. They put so much "house seasoning" on the burgers that you can't taste anything else. Really, you don't. Not even the Chipotle sauce or the cheese. Just all seasoning, but hell... it's good seasoning at least. Just tone it down.*edit*let me add that you can feel the grittiness of the seasoning on your tongue. That's how much seasoning they put on their burgers.

Let me start off by saying that I do not enjoy giving any place a bad review and the only reason they have 2 stars instead of one is because the food was decent.I ordered twice from this restaurant. The first time I ordered I was told my food would be delivered in 25-30 minutes. However after an hour wait I called to ask where the food was and was told that the delivery guy just left and it should arrive within 10 minutes. 15 minutes later I called again because the food still hadn’t arrived and was told that they don’t have enough inventory, so I just went ahead and canceled my order because it has already been well over an hour thirty minute wait.The second time I ordered they didn’t have a delivery guy so I placed an order for two subs anyway and was told to pick them up in 10 minutes. I called ahead after 10 minutes and the order wasn’t ready yet so I waited another 10 minutes before I left to pick it up (previous experience). I arrived and paid for the food and got back to my car to discover that I didn’t get what I ordered. The lady had failed to let me know on the phone that they were all out of subs while I was placing my order. Now I am not sure if it was intentional or not but I did call back a second time in which she could’ve said something. I went back to be told that they were out of subs after I already paid for my order. I left in frustration with the food because I was not about to stand and argue over a $20 order with the chef. However I am very dissatisfied at the unprofessionalism and what felt like trickery to get an order out.Do better.

Small location that just opened up in 2020. The workers there are personable and the food is very good, especially the cheesesteaks, burgers, and breakfast. Most importantly its pretty cheap. Most full meals (sandwich + fries/chips/salad) here will run under 10 bucks and they have a bunch of snack options also.
