The worse Starbucks I've ever been to. Drinks are barely ever made correctly. Sandwich toppings are smashed & on one side only! Ordered a sandwich today and half the sandwich was bare! At this point I think they're purposely smashing my sandwiches & egg bites prior to handing it to me lml and if you plan on doing in store pickup be prepared to wait and stand there 20+ minutes just for a coffee

This is the worst Starbucks I have ever encountered. You will wait either 10 minutes for a pike place or 30 minutes for another espresso drink. They actually trained their employees to ignore you if you come to the counter to ask after 15 minutes where your drink went. Learn customer service please, you are not on the top of the world as a robot Starbucks barista. Then the girl screamed my name out for me drink in this horrendous voice. Almost ruined my whole day.

Poor customer service!!!! I ordered drive-thru, and I didn't realize I didn't mention the size, when I get to the window, we told the colored lady that my order is venti, and she blamed me for not saying the size so they made a grande.. a simple apology would be better for not asking the size.. that's not too hard to do.. never go here.. staff aren't friendly either...

Very nasty disposition of Workers there, very ghetto and unprofessional. Filled the coffee cups scalding hot coffee to the brim of the cup.

If you are expecting great customer service do not go to this location. The lines are long and the last straw for me was when I was buying an espresso beans. There are two options the blonde and the dark roast. I asked the manager if they could make me an espresso so I could taste the difference. The manager refused unless I paid for both espresso’s. What kind of sense does that make.

As a former barista its hard to leave a 1 star review but it's what must be done. I was here one Sunday for a coffee and some relaxation. It was exceptionally busy which wasn't a problem. Or the reason for one star. Its how the staff treated people that was the issue. If they were short staffed I would get it but they had a lot of people behind the counter. 2 on DT, 3 on bar, one on food, one on register and then the shift supervisor and two people on breaks. I'm confident the lady here with the attitude problem was the supervisor. After maybe 15 mins waiting to be helped at the register the guy in front of me ordered and was looking to pay with $100. The lady called the supervisor over because she didn't have the change to break the bill. Supervisor runs around comes back and explains they don't have the change to break the bill. He turns and tells we to order instead since he had to rethink his life. All I wanted was a water. I had mobile ordered my coffee. She tells me to wait and calls the guy back and asks him how is he going to pay. The guy still doesn't know but tries to for tap and pay. The woman I guess cleared his order bc she asks him now to repeat his order to her. Her whole attitude with him was wrong and he did have a means to pay. Which sounds like a Starbucks problem not a customer problem but she gave him an attitude as if we didn't just wait 15 to be helped and then argue with him about how is he going to pay. (The guy ordered more than a $10 coffee) Same visit. Same worker. I'm waiting to use the bathroom to wash my hands. There's only one restroom for the customers. The second was turned into an employee only bathroom. The lady leaves I walk in and the bathroom is trashed. I go to wash my hands and theres no soap. The woman that was using the bathroom had went and asked one of the girls for soap. She comes back with the industrial soap only to realize theres no soap dispenser to fill. Its gone. The customer who asked for soap does get nasty about needing soap and how its unacceptable to have one bathroom and it's absolutely disgusting. The supervisor is now on the scene and tells the woman she needs to learn patience. That they are working on it. That if she needs to wash her hands she can use the hand sanitizer by the door. I then ask if she can put soap in a cup bc I'm not feeling well I need to wash my hands Im just getting over a cold. She tells me its against policy to give me the bottle (never not once asked for the bottle) tells me the ONLY bathroom for customers is now closed until someone can come in to fix it. I asked if she had another bathroom where I can wash my hands (knowing that they have the one they closed for employees only) and she said no. I can use the hand sanitizer by the door. Another barista same visit. The ladies on bar were laughing while working. They were making light of a very hectic rush. A woman not sure if she was the first supervisor makes a comment "They need to stop laughing and make more drinks". The ladies on the bar were in fact busting their butts making drinks and staying happy. It's unfortunate that someone either their equal or supervisor would make a comment bc they were happy in an actual shit storm. After everything was said and done I hear my name being called. I forgot I even ordered a water. 30 mins exactly for the water to be made.

I placed my order and have been waiting 20 minutes for it and everyone in the drive through seems to be getting their order done fast. I asked about it and they only said it was backed up which everyone else is getting their things perfectly fine. I’m not sure what the problem is

last time coming to this location. I rather go back to Jersey City or even Stop and Shop! The cold drinks are always over iced.. So it ends up tasting like water. They are very disorganized and they are getting dirty with alot of gnats flying around.
