Worst taco bell I've ever been to. I know not to expect much since it's taco bell but never have I experienced such horrible service before. I've been here several times since moving to Bayonne and they've gotten my order wrong EVERY SINGLE TIME. Either giving me the completely wrong item or adding meat when I specifically selected beans. It's like they don't even look at the order when they make the food, I wish I was exaggerating but I genuinely cannot believe how this taco bell is still in business. Please if you're reading this, save your hard earned money and go literally anywhere else because they will get your order wrong.

There is a fat seal with blonde dreads that works there that doesn't have any common sense of talking to people, didn't have any respect for anyone. Also, i spent 40 mins in the drive thru.

Dear god. Never have I EVER had a worse experience with a Taco Bell. We waited 35 extra minutes for an order we put in 45 minutes prior. Everything was wrong, 3 items were missing. We unfortunately held up the line behind us because of the pure ineptitude of the staff. Wednesday night, slow - No reason it should’ve taken this long and gotten EVERY single item wrong. Shameful.

Worker with the blonde hair African American is VERY NASTY AND RUDE, All the workers are as well. There was one nice employee out of the whole staff, there rush to try to prepare your food and find even the delivery dashers that are patiently waiting to deliver the ordered food. I HATE ORDERING HERE, they make you think you did something wrong too many attitudes not enough saying hello can I help you or nothing. Horrible environment and not the best food or service either!!!

They were extremely busy and wanted everyone to use the kiosk. The employees were annoyed and the front dining area was messy. Taco bell tacos can never disappoint a hungry group of boys. However I was disappointed with the service.
I’m currently sitting in the drive thru with my parents on Easter Sunday. I don’t know what is happening in this establishment but we’d been waiting behind another car for nearly 15 minutes before I decided to call the number listed on Google and put some sense into them. They’ve taken orders, (and mine was a MOBILE order), but as I confirmed it was a mobile order someone on the other end said, “oh we haven’t even started that one yet.” there’s a car still waiting in the pickup window that we saw when we PULLED IN HERE NEARLY HALF AN HOUR AGO! This is insane! I always try to give the benefit of the doubt whenever I come here but this was my last straw. I will not be coming back here and neither should anyone else.update: i got back home and they got my order wrong! i even checked it at the window, but the way they placed everything was so confusing and as it turns out, im missing a taco! never coming back here again.

This Taco Bell has gotten so many of our orders wrong. I’ve lost count the amount of times I’ve gotten beef in my order when I always ask for no meat. We go to another Taco Bell out of the way just to know our order will be right.
