If you're looking for a place to constantly screw up your orders this is it. Asked for a tuna melt with tomatoes got tuna salad on toast. This isn't the first, second or even third time. Worst part is drove away before I realized so I'm stuck with this now. I realize I should've stopped going here by now. Thanks, I guess.

Soggy sandwich that was drenched in oil n vinegar. No mayo, sloppy made couldn't eat it cause it was nasty. Service is horrible. Never

Food quality always fresh, BUT the wait is too long and they don't follow directions. They are so inconsistent with how they do things. Sometimes my egg salad is wrapped in paper, other times it's in a plastic tray soaking in pickle juice. Not a genius idea. Since the tray is plastic, the juice from the pickles just slide all over the tray, soaking the sandwich and essentially tainting the taste of the sandwich. Today I ordered to cold sandwiches- nothing but turkey, salami, Swiss and American... no condiments, no lettuce. Nothing..Just meat and cheese. I CALLED AHEAD and when I got there I still waited for 10 minutes only to have my sandwiches passed to me with pickles in a plastic tray leaking on my food. I immediately let the worker know that I said NO PICKLES. ANNOYED. I get to work, no Swiss cheese. WHYYYY...

Serving Tropicana orange juice as fresh squeezed for $5.99 a small cup took 25 mins for a BEC on a bagel Didn’t even toast the bagel cheese not melted smh
Of all the Wonder Bagel locations in this area this is my hands down favorite. Bagels are always fresh and the closest to my fav NYC bagels from Ess-a-Bagel but convenient here in NJ. Staff is always busy but friendly - last visit I took a dozen bagels home for the family and they threw in a few extra for me to try. Can't beat the price and variety. I've never eaten inside but they have a couple tables for those that just have to dig in immediately! My favorite NJ bagels!

Visited this place after having my appointment at DMV. The ambiance of the place isn't that great, the staff and the management should do a bit to improve it! I had a jalapeno bagel toasted with veggie cream cheese. The bagel felt good but could have been better in terms of toasting whereas the veggie cream cheese was great! The staff there did look a bit uninterested in their job as a result I ended up with 3 ⭐ to this location!

Disappointed again, always have loved their food but their bagels ain’t it no more. Very soft and undercooked, which is a bigger let down after you just waited over 30 minutes in line, and I asked them to toast it. Speaking of, waiting in person sucks because it gets over crowded and your order gets lost in the mix. Idk who they got baking the bagels but they need to refer to their training manual.
