We were driving around in the rain and ended up in this plaza. It was either senza or the bbq place and I'm with a bunch of meat lovers so we chose smokies The place looks very homey and the smell of the grill is just very welcoming. I started my meal by ordering the Pork Belly Burnt Ends and they were very delicious, coated with bbq sauce and a mayonnaise based dip. The flavors compliment each very well and having a very delicious combination. For my meal I ordered the Classic Smasher and there's a choice between 1-3 patties that you can choose. I was very impressed with how fast the food came and that it's an open kitchen so you get to see the cook make your burgers. My friends got the Mac Stack and Cheese and the Brisket Mac and Cheese bowl and they were both satisfied with their order. I already plan on bringing my other friends here to try this really cool spot that we found. If you are a meat lover then I suggest you to try Smokies BBQ!

Ate here for lunch on Saturday, January 27, 2024. Ordered the combo (ribs and brisket), garlic mashed potatoes and beans. Was expecting to have an amazing eating experience. However, the first mouthful of the mashed potatoes was awful as it was super salty. At this point, I was thinking okay, I still have the ribs, brisket and beans. The first bite of the ribs, I was disappointed. It was not "fall of the bone" type ribs, had no smokiness taste to it and was very salty. Same goes with the brisket. I only ate one rib and half a slice of the brisket. I did eat all of the beans though, but it was mediocre at best. Overall, a crime was committed for having awful food.

This place is a foodie's delight. Very creative menu options. I recently tried the Nashville Hot Chicken Cheesesteak which I had served with delicious salted fries. Very good flavor on the pulled chicken. And the fries were very good.

Food is awesome. The usual BBQ staples are on point, but overall the menu is ambitious with things you don’t see all the time. Shaved brisket cheesesteaks, smoked meatloaf, Texas Twinkies, etc. Highly recommended.

Called first thing in the morning trying to order wings for Sunday football games as I had them last week and they were good. Was told that they were out of wings. How do you run out wings if you are a bbq place during football season. Soon to be another Bayville failed restaurant.
