Saturday april 13 approx 9:45pm this store used my credit card information to make two orders. Fraudulently When i call to speak to a manager they kept hanging up. Police report been filed and reported to pizza hut corporate. They stealing credit card information here. And keeping it on file.

I would give a zero star if I am able to. I had ordered a garlic bread from website and I reached 10 minutes after my specified pickup time, so technically the order should have been ready. Then the person at the counter checked my name and said it is not ready yet. I waited for 10-15 minutes and then I asked again and then he looked at my order and told me that they don’t sell garlic bread anymore. If that’s the case, then why is the Pizza Hut’s website showing that item?! Makes no sense. He asked me if I would like a similar item and I said how long will that take and he said 5 minutes. I said okay I will wait. I was very patient. After another 10-15 minutes he gave me the item and after reaching home I saw that the item was given to me uncut. Worst service ever. The staff did not pay any attention and were gossiping all the time while I was there for 30 minutes.

*ROACH INFESTED PIZZA HUT *If I could leave zero stars I would! First and foremost DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! We had ordered two pies and one dinner box.I called the manager and made a complaint and told her that my kids and family had already ate one pie and how disgusting they are for having roaches.So when we go and open the dinner box’s that’s when the little nasty roach came out!! I’m in shocked that this Pizza Hut went down bad like this! And plus the manager did not want to give me a refund she offered to give me store credit when I paid cash. Like who is going to want to even eat here and want store credit after seeing a roach come out the pizza box ? I had to go back and argue to the manager to give me my money back and I sure did get my money back. Inspectors need to definitely come and shut this place down ASAP!!

**ROACH ALERT**ROACH ALERT**My daughter's boyfriend 2nd time over and brings dinner ,today they decided for Pizza hut.While eating through the 1st box every was good the 2nd box *OMG* a roach came out from the side under pizza!!!! How disgusting* this place should be visited by inspectors or closed down!!!!Note*Daughter calls to complain that she's taking order back "the manager lady" says she isn't getting refunded and that she feels insulted.

Every SINGLE time i order a side order they always “forget it” & then they refuse to do anything about it. Instead, they just credit my account & blame door dash. This isn’t the first or second time, but like the 10th time. I should’ve known better than to order again from this establishment. Horrible scam.

I've always loved Pizza Hut pizza and hadn't had any for quite some time. I decided to order online from this location.Strike One: I could not pay for my order online.Strike Two: I was very disappointed with my supreme pizza. The toppings were very skimpy, the pizza looked like a 2 year old had cut it because the slices were not uniform. The crust was horrible and not how I remembered. I guess the better crust is the one you now have to pay extra for.Strike Three: I found a long black hair inside my wings container. (My hair is brown by the way.) I planned to include a pic of the hair but I forgot it was on the snack tray when I wiped it off and now can't find it. If I do, I will gladly post it.YOU'RE OUT!!! I WILL NEVER VISIT THIS LOCATION AGAIN!!!

Highly upset on how little the amount of pasta they serve!! A 5 yr could eat the whole pasta!! Like 4 pieces of chicken!!

I just had a pizza delivered and it looks like somebody took a few bites from 2 peices and just put them back. Grossed out!Parking: Located next to a Shop Rite supermarket. Has tons of parking spaces avaliable.Wheelchair accessibility: It's easy to access with a wheelchair.

Too bad you cant give a 0 star.Place stink like old grease so bad. Makes you sick. Order was missing part of it. Stayed on the counter for 15 minutes while I was there waiting and already told them. Wanted to get the order remade because it was cold. Got told it would take a long time to do so. Asked for refund. Nop. Store credit onlyLovely. Now I am out money for food that will go straight to garbageAnd we stink like hell for staying in that place for over 30 minutes.Ordered at 6h21 pm. Arrived at 7h03. Got told it was not ready, paid and waited. Worst mistake! Now I am stuck waiting for food to see if there is something we can eat out of that order.Stay away! Being busy is not an excuse! If you cant handle the volume of order, you appologise and stop taking orders.
