One of the best treating pizza in the area and affordable as well. The staff is great they will always treat you with respect and also the food is amazing in basically anything that you order. The cold subs and hot subs are amazing. And you can enjoy a nice dining inside as well.

Pizza is good. You can eat in, take out or have delivery option. The staff is good butbI noticed that the lady who works there during the week days is very organized and no room for mistakes. However the 2 girls that work on the weekends are different because 1 of them doesn't pay attention and makes errors with your order and the other takes your order and the important details are sometimes missed, you have to consistently repeat how you want your food. Make sure to check your food if you're taking out. If it's delivery check it and call as well. Thats only on the weekends though. Weekdays you will be fine.Parking: It's in a line up as a mall..so all the stores are outside and the parking lot is right in front. Very short walking distance from your car to which ever store you choose to go in.

Slices stale. Unhappy with the customer service. I asked for a different slice due to the one served was hard and stale. Manager claimed it was freshly made. And refused to change the two slices that were paid. Lost a customer I’ve always was taught customer services and satisfaction should be priority .

I ordered through the Slice app for delivery. I ordered a Tomato & Basil pizza, but it was missing the fresh sliced tomatoes & mozzarella cheese. I called the restaurant versus lodging a complaint on the app. The first young lady wasn’t sure what to do, so she put me on the phone with a gentleman who told me that they would remake my pizza, but I would have to pick it up (it was after 5pm & they close at 6pm). I agreed to pick up my remade pizza.We had also ordered a cheese pizza w/sausage for my brother’s family. That pizza was made correctly.A few minutes later, a young lady called back and asked me to bring back the whole pizza. I said that we had eaten a couple of slices already because we were hungry. She proceeded to say that they could not make us a “free” pizza if I could not return the old pizza that was made incorrectly. I told her that I would talk to her in person when I got there. Who ever heard of a place asking for the food made in error back. ?Anyway, I get there and they immediately know that it was me because I have the box of pizza (missing 2 slices) in my hands. They start talking to each other about me in Spanish. They don’t know that I understand Spanish.I proceed to talk to them about the fact that the pizza needs to be remade correctly. I show them the pizza. The young lady who called me is there, but I had to ask who it was before she would tell me that she was the one who called me. So they tell the pizza maker to make my pizza. Then they proceed to talk unkindly about me in Spanish not knowing that I capfuls understand EVERYTHING that they were saying.I asked the young lady why did she call me to tell me to bring back the pizza made incorrectly. She said that she called the “top boss” after the gentleman told me that my pizza would be remade and that he told her to call me and tell me that I had to bring the pizza made in error. ??♀️So I get the pizza. I did not look that good. I speak to the gentleman that delivered the other pizza. Then I recounted the whole situation to him in Spanish so that they would know that I understood & knew EVERYTHING that they were talking about so that they would know not to EVER do that again.I get the pizza home. It’s terrible. Hardly any sauce, barely any cheese, hardly any flavor.I will NOT be ordering from them again!!!

I don’t normally write reviews but tonight ☹️. The first pizza ordered was a margarita delivered with only a thin layer of tomato sauce spread over pizza crust . The manager was terrible the crew didn’t want to do another pizza after my wife returned the sauce and crust pizza. So they dumbed semi melted cheese splattered over tomato sauce on the second pizza.
Pizza was great for years, until they replaced the pizza maker they had. Now pizza is Ok at best, but sometimes bad...What a shame when the owners don't consider their customers.

I'm so mad right now. I ordered their chicken cutlet sub with Mozzarella & Vodka sauce like what's displayed on their site but got this mess instead!!! Mind you I ordered wings as well along with a tip which came out to $22 just to get bread & sauce for my sandwich. Really dissatisfied and disappointed because I ordered with them before.

Terrible and very rude spanish lady at the counter...called and put on hold twice so I hung up and call back she picked up and when I tried to tell her I have been holding on for a she hung up the phone, so I called back and said I have trying to place an order and you hung up as soon I started to order and she hung up again...so that's the last time I do business with Roberto's Pizza...very very unprofessional and prejudice...I will choose where to spend my $$
