Love it when it first opened. A frequent visitor of many chipotle. This location charges you a dollar for peppers now I found out yesterday. Thought it was a thing being done across the company until I visited Brooklawn and they told me they don't do that it must t be that location. Don't understand how you can have changes in between chipotles but I won't be back. Next it will be a dollar for a "free" water cup LOL.

This location charged us 3.20 more because we got fajita veggies when it isn’t an up charge in other locations or if you order online, and the cashier was rude and dismissive when I was trying to find out what I was being charged for.

Planned to stop at Burger King off the NJT. But was really glad to see a Chipotle before we got there. Food was great as always, but the staff were also very lovely and courteous and the place was spotless.

I usually don’t ever leave bad reviews but after my fourth or fifth time ordering at this chipotle bc of time crunch i’ve yet to have a good meal. Meat is dry, always out of something, today a lady stood in front of me and just talked on the phone for a while until she decided she wanted to serve

I’m pretty sure that your experience has very little to do with whether or not Chipotle has the MEANS to provide you with a good experience (bc they can—they have good food) but rather everything to do with the people working there.That being said, the shift I got was absolutely amazing. Normally at chipotle you get a bowl that has 90% rice and even when you ask for double meat you get ripped off with 1.25x of a serving, not the 2x that you pay $3.80 for (is that what it is now? It keeps going up). But this time, I got a normal amount of rice and double the meat. They also put a good amount of fajita veggies on there, which didn’t just consist of onions like usual. On top of that, the person serving was so sweet and the entire staff was jamming out to music. The vibes were great, the people were great, and the food was great. I actually felt like I got what I paid for—which is not how I usually feel after getting Chipotle.This was Saturday January 6th at around 7pm. I don’t know who sees these in management, but they need to know that everyone who worked that night was awesome, and the man that made my bowl deserves a raise ?

The chipotle response tells me to contact them on the website, there's actually no way to contact anyone. It tells me to speak to Pepper. I tried and it has me sitting here answering many questions. Not sure which bad experience I should report. I would have to look on my app to check for dates and times which I really don't care enough for their bag of totinos chips they'll offer me. I can go bag of them myself. Or a soda out of the dirty soda machine.I've always loved chipotle but all of their locations have gone downhill horribly which is ashame because when made correctly their food is great. This place never ever has all the ingredients I order. Sometimes the chips are burnt sometimes they aren't even chipotle chips so I imagine they must run out of chips and go buy a bag of chips from the store. Sometimes the chicken is over cooked and hard, sometimes chewy, sometimes soo salty. They never give enough ingredients. Sometimes the bottom of my bowl is visible. I kept giving them try after try but I'm just done now. You can't even call to complain except to an operator. There are way too many places to get food to even waste your money here which is sad because the food itself is usually great!Also the only person who ever made good food the tall Indian boy I don't know his name got fired because they said he added too much food to the orders. He really didn't though. His way literally looked how you would EXPECT your food to come out with normal amount of ingredients.
