Ordered a Nutella bowl and added peanut butter. No peanut butter and no granola in the bowl. 2nd time this is happened at the Holmdel Nj location. Wish they took more time when making the bowls.

Love this Playa Bowls!!! Missing it greatly since summer is over!!! The staff is so friendly and happy, they go above and beyond even when packed. I have had them even go so far as to take my order via the phone when someone else went to pick up for me!! Wish there was one closer to me (the one by me isn’t nearly as great!!) that had this atmosphere and charisma!

my bowl came watery and I asked them to make edits to my order and it came back even more watery, they also put no strawberries and nutella which I paid over $20 for.

After ordering a lot of people were waiting for their orders to be prepared. Noticed some orders ready for pick up were from online order and were sitting on the counter. Let's figure out a way where waiting people are a priority or hire dedicated staff for customers at the store.
I love playa bowl so much the food is delicious, fresh, and filling! I also enjoy the smoothies a lot! The employees will fix any mistake made (if any) immediately.
please dont spend your money here! they down there in ga putting african on black people cups as their name!! stop spending money at these businesses that display racial discrimination!

We were at the beach yesterday and placed an order for pick up. We ordered the Goldie Mango bowl, Pink Flamingo Pitaya bowl, and a Mango Pina Colada Smoothie. I added extra toppings to the pitaya bowl, like strawberries, coconut flakes, and Nutella. It was the best playa bowl that I ever had! So delicious! And so refreshing to have on the beach. My kids loved theirs as well. My daughter loves mango smoothies and she said this was the best one she’s ever had. They know what they’re doing at this location. I think this will be a tradition for us from now on when we visit Belmar beach.

These people fill your açai Bowl with granola, mora than half of the bowl is granola. Barely any honey and if you ask them for a little bit more honey cause they put almost none of it it will cost you an extra dollar. The people that work there do not care and they put half of the bowl with granola because it is easier than mixing the açai.

Amazing bowls and smoothies staff is never friendly and I've been in many times too bad younger generation doesn't realize customer service is so important all these young ladies seem miserable but i over look it because I love the fruit and combinations too bad because a smile and a kind word goes a long way well at least for me but I'm from the south !!!

Absolutely love playa bowls, love love loveI always get the pura vida bowl with Nutella and it’s amazing so no hate towards towards playa bowls in generalThe problem was the workers, I walked up and tried ordering but was ignored, I was just standing there while the worker was on the POS system. Didn’t greet me, or even acknowledge me at all. Another worker had to come up and ask me what it was I needed. Then she finally acknowledges me and starts taking my order, I had a water with me and she asked about it and I said yes this too and she just kept asking about it when I had already replied trying to make me feel stupid. Just overall very rude. Something that has never happened to me in seagirt or the other location in Belmar. Always greeted with a smile no matter how close to closing. Definitely will bring my business to the other location from now on.

Sooo yummy and perfect refresher for a hot beach day! I wish that I got more Nutella on my bowl though- that would be the only complaint I have. Other than that, I loved the bowl! The service was also very good.
