FOOD POISIN. DONT RISK. Saw them pour french fries from bag they had stored on the dirty floor they walk on.Couple with us also had hair in their food at bubbakoos in the same building during same lunch date. Must be same managemnt clearly not safely handling food. STEAR CLEAR!

Absolutely horrible service. Bought 2 smoothies for $12.00. Asked for a fork was screamed at by girl and manager. Was told go next door! Will never go back! Place is next door to Bubbakoos and hopefully separate owners.

Just had a horrible experience at Scoops. We asked for a vanilla milkshake with chocolate syrup for my kids. She walked away from us and ignored us. When we asked her a few more times she said "no I only do a simple milkshake." We then said okay just a vanilla milkshake and she said "no." She continued to refuse us service. My kids were very upset by the situation. Do not go here. Do not spend your money here. The workers were very disrespectful.

We had a horrible experience with the lady who worked the Scoops counter. She refused service to us because we asked for a vanilla milkshake with chocolate syrup. She refused to talk to us since we asked a few times thinking she didn't understand us. She said she could "only do a simple milkshake." She threw our money at use. The milkshakes were for my kids who were very upset. We went to the next ice cream place and they had no problem with our request. Don't go here.

The worst customer service. Asked for BBQ sauce for my grilled chicken sandwich on the side. The most rudest woman refused to give it to me and insisted on charging me $2. When I say rude, I mean RUDE. Will never go back and hope others consider this review and think twice before giving them the business.

I have 3 little kids under 4 and they refuse to give me an extra cup without charging me. The first time this happened last summer I thought it was maybe just a rude server, but it happened again just now. They'll never get my business again!
Your food was horrible.You rushed customers and you were rude and not courteous. You charged me full price for my burger which with no cheese, onions and little lettuce.I will be contacting corporate.

Just called the police for them today. They scared my wife and our young daughter to death threading them thinking that my wife was taking a picture of the store while she was actually calculating the price she paid on the calculator, they refused to give her the food she paid for. All the customer line witnessed against them when police came. Staff was really rude with us.

Belmar Residents and visitors: I just got ripped off big time at this place. Was working a block away and instead of grabbing something at one of those chains, I'd support small business, especially after the quarrantine. I can't eat fries, so I didn't get the combo for $12.95, just ordered a burger plain and a soft drink. She pointed to a chart on the counter without a word, and I was supposed to tell her what kind of soda I wanted. I gave her money and got the change. There must be a mistake because she charged me $14.00, when the combo is $13.00. She just talked circles when I said she must have made a mistake, and would not give me back the difference. She just didn't understand the logic. The guy behind me did and he walked away- smart man. And to make matters worse, the burger was dry and the bun half stale. I will never go back.
