This place appears to be closed. Too bad, it could have been a perfect spot to grab a quick coffee, breakfast or sub sandwich. Neighborhood location- would be ideal for locals and summer renters. Hope they can open up again and do well in the future. Four stars for location only- but closed.

Atmosphere and people were great food was ok. My pork roll egg and cheese sandwich was served on a hamburger bun and only had two very thin pieces of pork roll on it. I added a photo for those that want to see it.

So I ordered from this place this past Saturday morning and when I ordered they said it'll be a 20 minute wait. No problem, fine...typical for a busy Saturday morning on a holiday weekend. After I returned for my meal after waiting, they said they were out of rolls for my sausage, egg and cheese and they sent someone out to retrieve them. After waiting in the store for another 15 minutes, I told them to slap it on some toast. The meal was fine but the lack of transparency and chaotic scene of the restaurant was horrible. They apparently took an order for 60+ sandwiches that morning for one order and didn't have enough for their other customers throughout the morning. Unfortunately that is how you lose costumers and that's exactly what happened here. Food was suffice.

Best wrap I've ever had! I've walked past this location for an entire year and finally my toddlerbegged me to stop for lunch - very, very pleasantly surprised. I had the Italian chicken wrap and it was perfect! New favorite spot for a quick breakfast or lunch.

Ate at the Anchor Eatery with my wife and two kids. The food was delicious. The Anchor Burger was amazing, the sandwiches were great and the pancakes were over the top. My kids gave it 10 stars for the food and 20 stars for the owners. Will definitely be back!

New ownership! The guy is super friendly and the food is really good. Sandwiches are huge- and you can get brioche, bagel, or regular bread which is nice. The brioche is delicious!! He also makes pancakes and french toast which are better than diner quality. Come out to support local businesses :)

Little gem in Belmar! Food is great and the hospitality amplified the experience. Owner is really nice, crispy tater tots, iced coffee isn’t watery, breakfast served all day - I really can’t complain.
