Traveling through Jersey, looking for a place for lunch. Found Uncle Buck's. The nice Young lady says find a seat. Comes over takes our drink order, the first thing you notice this is filled with local regulars. You step back in time. It's such a wonderful atmosphere, having people talking and asking how the family, as first timers you get the friendly look from all the regulars and everyone goes back to business. Ordered a turkey bacon club and a roast beef club. You again travel back, a fully packed sandwich of roast beef, bacon (perfectly cooked) lettuce and mayonnaise on toasted white bread. The turkey club was just as packed full. Something you don't get in some of the bigger places. Top everything off with a root beer soda and they give you a small bag of chips. Prices were on point. Nothing fancy and to wait for service is not a problem, because I would also spent time with my locals that frequent this place for a good number of years. You can sit and listen to the local people and their stories. Great diner, great food and great people. I can't wait to go for breakfast. Give them a try...

Every time Mom ,My Sister Teresa Langston and I go there,they are pleasant towards us . They have your order out ASAP, depending on how many customers are there. And the prices and quality of food is excellent.Parking: There is a public parking lot behind the store across the road ( west side)along the river, but it's only excess able from the North side on the left or right side of the road by the light. If that helps.Sorry don't know names of the road you'll have to Google Maps it..lol

My family and I came here and everything was very delicious . You can definitely tell that everything was homemade and very tasty. We waited until there was a booth since there were a lot of us. I decided to get the grilled chicken gyro and the Greek salad it was very delicious. I pretty much ate everything. I didn't have any leftovers. I also got the cup of chicken noodles, and that was really good . My husband got the cup of chili and the cheese burger. My husband said a cup of chili was okay, but the cheeseburger was very delicious. Other than that, I would highly suggest going here and checking them out.

What a delightful place! We found this little gem during the last leg of a 7 hour car ride and it was perfect! The whole staff was singing along with the Christmas songs on the radio and called most of their customers by name. Our server, who's name i sadly can't recall, was great! (I hope you tried Redactyl!)Oh..and the food..tomato soup and grilled cheese. Just what I wanted and needed !Thanks for a lovely lunch!

It's small town goodness. They were crowded but the wait was not long. I didn't realize they had a view till I walked the town abit. Next visit I'm getting window seats.Kid-friendliness: They can accommodate for children.Wheelchair accessibility: Maybe a little tricky however worth it.
