After being a good customer for over 15 years, I went to place an order to be delivered & they couldn't get me off the phone fast enough also they were ver extremely rude. There are plenty of Chinese restaurants around go somewhere else!!!

The food was reasonably priced but bland. Pork fried rice is supposed to have pork in it not just tiny red specks. Will go back to my original chimes food place. Attendant was very nice.

Been using this place for a few years. Food has gotten more and more bland over time. The "pork" fried rice looks like it was not fried, there used to be some peas, etc in it, but no more. The pork consists of a very few tiny pieces.Sad6, we are looking for another place.

The biggest problem with this establishment is with the lady that answers the phone and takes the orders the thing that I like that they make is a soup and I love Krispy crispy noodles to accompany it I have been for one year paying $4 extra for those crispy noodles placed an order today the soup broth tasted like water very little mini strips of pork and the crispy noodles that I pay extra for was shimmering with grease you can bend them like a cooked spaghetti noodle and then on top of it she has to have an attitude will I can take my business elsewhere because there was only one thing that these people could cook in the first place

Recently moved to the area and was very excited to find decent Chinese food so it's been our go to spot for the past few months until recently. We ordered a chicken dish with veggies and half way thru eating it I noticed two tiny maggots! I was in disbelief and so upset our new favorite spot served this. I say stay away and find a better spot!

No flavor at all. Very basic and bland. Couldn't eat the egg drop soup if my life depended on it. The partially fried chicken left out in the open on the counter made me thankful i didn't order that.. oh well.

This was one of the few Chinese restaurants we regularly order from. Up until now, we've never had an issue. The food has always been delicious and delivery on time. We ordered from them again tonight and were looking forward to Beijing Kitchen's food. When the food got here, we were missing 1 order of fried fish with chicken fried rice. The sauce for the sweet and sour chicken was in the most tiniest container I've seen even tho we ordered a large (quart) of the chicken. The fries in one of the chicken nugget orders had green confetti looking stuff on it. We ordered thru a delivery app so we requested a refund for the fried fish we never received and sweet/sour chicken. We didn't even ask to be refunded for the nuggets/fries with the green stuff on it. A few minutes later, a woman from the restaurant called my husband, telling him that they gave us fries for free and the 2nd order of fried fish wasn't there. Well, that's not correct because there was 2 orders of fried fish on our receipt that we paid for. There were also no "free" order of fries-we paid for the extra fries. Our order came to over $100 so of course there was nothing for free in our order. We were floored that the restaurant actually called to argue about the mistake they made. We weren't even mad at first because hey, no one's perfect and mistakes are made. Just refund the customer and that's that. Don't call the customer to argue about something we actually paid for! That's not our fault they botched our order. Also, why would the delivery app refund us for the 2nd order of fried fish if we never ordered it, as this woman tried to claim. Because of this nonsense and audacity of the woman to call and argue, we won't be ordering from them again. At this point, we've come to accept every single restaurant is gonna mess our order up, and we expect to be refunded if we didn't get something we paid for.
