Unprofessional, inattentive to customers orders, lack of gloves when handling food. Server Ileash P needs to be retrained. She looked totally disheveled, and spaced out when she took my order which resulted in the order not being completed. Instead of admitting to her mistake she argued saying the order was never placed.

Honestly, this was one of the best burgers that I've ever had. Served like an In 'N Out Burger, where the sandwich is served wrapped in paper with just enough open on one side to take your first bite. This makes eating this thick, grilled burger with all of the trimmings, neater and holds the sandwich together. Great burger, perfectly cooked and expertly assembled, served with seasoned hot fries - I was really happy here and I was very impressed as the sweetest and nicest girl served the meal to my table on a tray. They clean up too! Prices were very reasonable, especially for the quality of food served. Huge selection of burgers, chicken, as well as other food. Lots of options and big choice of toppings. I briefly spoke with the owner and he was friendly and helpful as well. Once people discover this place, they will get swamped! The food is better and the staff is nicer than places that charge twice as much.

I found this burger place via Marriott ‘Eat Around Town’ promotion and to my surprise, the food quality was great and tasty (I ordered the crispy chicken sandwich.)The place is very clean, easy parking and with friendly staff. I highly recommend this place and definitely revisit again.

I ordered a burger, fries, wings, and a grilled chicken bowl. The grilled chicken bowl never made it to my house, they must have lost it along the way. The fries were soggy and greasy. The chicken wings were literally the smallest wings I've ever seen in my life. I didn't even. Know they were allowed to kill chickens that small. Each one was about the size of 2 quarters, no joke. They should be 8 for $2 not almost $10. Burger was decent but I'd never eat here again. I gave it 2 stars for the burger being edible. You live and you learn.

Not as good as the Elmwood Park location. Grilled Chicken Sandwich was sloppy and falling apart, sweet potato fries were okay. Definitely NOT a ten-dollar sandwich. I will not be returning to this location and I would not recommend this place to a friend.

I have to be honest, I ordered 4 chicken sandwiches and 4 turkey sandwiches from the family meal, I have to say the chicken was too crunchy, extra crunchy so I didn't enjoy it, the turkey burguer was too seasoned and the sandwich itself doesn't look appealing. The meat is much bigger than the bun. I have never seen the onion rings like the ones in the family meal. They were burned and too thick, the chikenwings were salty too. The only thing that I can say it was good were the French fries. So I won't come back to this restaurant.

The store sort of blends into the plaza. Drove by this spot a few times and never noticed it. Decided to check it out and it did not disappoint. The food was pretty good. We came in, placed an order and took the food to go. We ordered the Nashville chicken sandwich, chicken tenders meal (soda + fries), an order of mozzarella sticks and a strawberry milkshake. It totaled about ~30 dollars. The food came out hot and everything was well portioned. Definitely returning to try out their burgers. The chicken was good, the fries reminded me of thicker mcd's fries and the milkshake was delicious (think nesquick strawberry milk but in milkshake form).
Order some crispy chicken club sandwich. Bottom of the chicken was burnt. Not the best experience.

This is my $19 uber eats. Chicken wings are way too small. Not worth it. When I ordered from the app it doesn’t say BurgerIM. They have different names on the app but one restaurant

Come to this restaurant every now and then, but always have a good experience. The main menu items I get are the Salmon Burger and the Spanish Beef is probably my favorite. The fries are good regular or sweet potato, and I haven’t tried their onion rings but I hear good things. They also have very good milkshakes if you’re not in the mood for soda or water. Will continue to return

This is a physical location but the restaurant is also a front for Miss Mazys on Uber eats along with other names. A virtual restaurant or multiple restaurants basically. Pretty disappointed to pull up to the address and find that the menu is completely different despite sharing the exact address. Transparency is important. They should have a sign outside letting people know that while the address is the same, what is offered online versus at the physical address is different. I was unprepared thinking I could get a meal I had previously. Ended up ordering the lamb burger and fries with aioli sauce. The fries were drenched, super gross; the burger was dry and without flavor. Spent $13 and had to throw out the unfinished meal.
