Yesterday I had a very bad experience with the lady who served me in the afternoon, I asked her for something I needed on the table and she didn't even have the decency and kindness to turn to look. I find the customer service very bad, the food was very good but the service was very very bad. I would recommend that you give the lady some customer service tips because it was my first time there and the last time I would visit them.

You order in line and if you're lucky they look at you to take your order, and surprise, your receipt includes a 15% tip equivalent to a plate of food, that way you don't earn tips in that way where you have to shout from the table or stop to ask for something? That's not a tip, much less include it. Improve the service to include that obligatory tip

Love the soup and steak here my favorite plates are, sopa sancocho and churassco. This place delivers very fast and the prices are very reasonable. The workers here are nice and do their best, plus they usually never get my order wrong.

I would give this place zero stars if I could. The establishment is racist. Good luck getting service if you are not Colombian. The staff treats you like they are doing you a favor by serving you and the food is not that great either. Placed an order and never received it because the “cook” decided he didn’t feel like making it. I watched several people receive their order before I decided to ask where my order was. . I ended up just leaving hungry and disappointed.
