Worse customer service ever !!! The manager/ supervisor in charge ( I belief Olsen or something of that sort .. he is very rude !!!! And has no customer service skills at all. So do not order food here !!! What is the purpose of them adding a sticker with the item description on the boxes ??? When they just randomly mix up yr order and veggy stuff gets placed in the chicken labelled box and the chicken food gets placed in a labelled vegetarian box ... this happened to me and caused me great humiliation and regret at a party I hosted with some vegetarian guests. I did not get to call right away as it was a bz party but did call hrs later of that night and he yelled at me saying why only call hrs after ??He said sometimes we are bz and short staff and we just put any item in any box as long as u get the right food , it's up to you to check what you are eating ... he has no regret or apology and did not even say sorry , or show concern, he was upset that I was complaining of something like that . I paid full price for it all no refund, no apology !!!! This was my worse experience ever . Hope the owner can look into this... very rude staff ... this can happen to anyone and is a great concern that they have no system in place to double check orders ... this Could have been a severe allergy reaction causing harm and this manager did not care one bit about my complain . Be aware guys, stay away from this place !!!!

Ordered two pizzas and they came in less than half an hour and the pizza was still hot! This was such a rare occurrence that I know I will be ordering from here again. I highly recommend the Fresh Spinach & Tomato Alfredo Pizza because my mother-in-law even liked it, and she is extremely picky. She doesn't even like my cooking or anyone else's cooking, only her own. I have tried Domino's and Pizza Hut and did not have the same experience as with Papa John's. Additionally, I have always been able to use a 25% off coupon for every order, which is so nice in this economy. Just Google "Papa John's promo code" and you'll find it!

If I could give this specific establishment 0 stars, I would. My husband ordered from here on 9/26/23 and the delivery driver refused to ring my doorbell to deliver my order. His response as to why was, “if you were handicapped I would come inside to deliver but since he was not, he needed to come outside to retrieve his food. There is NOTHING on their website that stipulates contactless delivery and it even gives a place to enter in delivery instructions. When my husband called the establishment, he was hung up on. When I called, the guy that answered refused to give his name and placed me on hold and never came back. I sent a dispute to BBB. This business lied and said that they gave my husband a refund and apologized, which they did not. Fun Fact: my building has surveillance cameras that recorded the entire interaction and it is quite appalling that this establishment or a higher department within has yet to call to speak with me or my husband about their appalling behavior. This business really made us feel less than and that is not ok. I hope someone from this company sees this and subsequently gets in contact with us and not just in a performative level because this will be getting escalated until it is resolved. The behavior we experienced was absolutely ridiculous and appalling. I feel like if we were another race, this wouldn’t have even happened in the first place. Papas Johns you need to do better. Consumers BEWARE of this specific establishment. If you are planning on patronizing, DON’T.

How does one spoil a pizza? They managed to. Ran out of Pineapple and substituted green peppers....a lot of green peppers....too many green peppers.No cheese on the pizza. His attitude was very nonchalant and blasé.Definitely will never purchase from this store again.Side note: this is not my first bad experience with this location. I recommend buying all large sized pizzas. I bought extra large, but it seems like they use the same amount of dough and just stretch it out more so it's larger. The extra large pizzas were very thin. When ordering online, there are multiple ways to get promotions as well.
