Oomph. We had tried the wings here when they first opened, and we weren't bowled over. Our wing requirements are size, crisp, flavor, fresh. However, we decided to try them a few weeks ago because we were too lazy to drive far and our first choice deli was already closed for the night. We tried, we really tried, to give them the second chance. First up, the young girl behind the register -- I don't think it registered to her that she was supposed to be taking chicken orders. Every question returned a completely blank face, and after the third round of "I have no idea", we gave up and put in orders for 2 chicken sandwiches. We figured, how can they screw them up, right? There were at least 6 'cooks' in back looking like they sort of knew what they were doing; there was much tossing of things in metal bowls, but that takes a bit of...talent...even if the front was abysmally short on knowledge. Well, it turns out there are a myriad of ways one can mess up a chicken sandwich -- We were the only ones in the place, but understood that orders called in/apped were being filled. However, 20 minutes for our order started irking me. I gave it a shot and asked the genius behind the counter how much longer, and she offered the same blank look from our first line of questions. Hey, at least she showed a bit of consistency. The sandwiches finally came out front. We went the two blocks home, sat, bit in, and looked at each other. The sandwiches were on barely fresh buns. The pathetic piece of fried chicken was so...horribly dry...and the sheer amount of salt in the 'flavoring'...I could feel my blood pressure rising just chewing thru it. We tossed half of our 'meal' and decided that we had given wingstop enough of our time and money. Maybe teenagers, who sometimes just need food, will do well and be satisfied here. For anyone else -- hard no.

Girl said she didn’t wanna make my food because she has “the right to not make my food” because they’re too busy. I don’t understand I drove 25 min to eat here and she just doesn’t take my order it makes 0 sense. They close in one hour I get it if the kitchen is closed, but they were still working and making food. Says we can order online when I’m standing right in front of her. Such a strange business I recommend hiring better managers and employees. (I’ve worked fast food/food never been that rude to people for NO reason).

First time I tried wing stop. I order the lemon and pepper wings, garlic and parmesan wings and Cajun wings. Garlic and parmesan wings were very oily and lacked a lot of the garlic flavor. Wings were unevenly cooked. Some were cooked completely, but other wings were pink inside. Fries are ok, but were soggy after a 10 minute car ride from the store back to my house. They need to poke a few holes in the to go containers so they don't create steam which causes the fries to become soggy.My suggestion would be is to make sure the wings are at the same room temperature before they're fried or placed in the oven. Set a timer, and use a meat thermometer every so often to be more accurate with the cooking time. Lastly, season well before, during, and after the wings are done.UPDATE: I gave wingstop a few chances after seeing them on different TikToks and YouTube videos. Food quality improved, but the lack of common sense is very noticeable. I just ordered a 10 pc wing combo, but I opened up the container to see only 8 pieces in it. Umm.. where are the other 2 pieces? Make it make sense. 10 pc wing combo but only 8??? Really need to hire better employees and train them properly with basic mathematics skills.

She said yes it’s right and I got home (15 minutes away) and it was wrong…I called the store and asked if she could re-make my order so I could have a hot meal for me and my wife instead of just one of us have a cold soggy meal and one hot meal, you know because it takes me 15 to get there and 15 back.This shouldn’t be a problem because it’s not like it’s food she’s making from her refrigerator, she does not own the food lol but she cursed me out, said I was crazy, she can replace one of the wrong items and not both and it’s up to me.Let me tell you something broad, THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT IN CUSTOMER SERVICE, YOU SERVE THE PEOPLE WHO ARE PAYING.I was nice the entire time but she obviously had something going on, so we just wasted the meal. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE, THEY DO NOT CARE BECAUSE THEY KNOW THEY HAVE NO FUTURE HERE YET THEY ACT LIKE REPLACING A MEAL IS PULLING TEETH FROM THEM.

Been going here for lunch regularly as of late. Every other WingStop I go to around the Hudson Valley area, either the service is extremely slow, the food quality is abysmal, or it's simply overcrowded.Here, it's peaceful, the service is lightning fast, and the food always comes out perfectly. Best WingStop anywhere in the metro NJ/NYC/NY area~
