An absolute gem added to downtown Berkeley Heights. Everything from start to finish was top notch. Rolls and garlic herb olive oil were tasty. Meatballs and coconut shrimp were excellent starters. Branzino was fresh and the red pepper sauce complimented the fish well. Braised short rib & vincotto chicken were very well constructed dishes. Pistachio tiramisu (homemade) capped off an awesome dinner.Service was on point throughout, very professional with smiling faces. We will be back without a doubt. BYOB and easy parking.

Awesome as always. This place is a hidden gem if you want NY City food without having to drive to the City. We sat near the fireplace and it was warm and very intimate. Food was delicious and beautifully presented and staff were super engaging taking care of our needs while keeping the robust dining crowd happy and entertained.

A lovely evening. While our table was not ready right away, the owner offered to open our wine and we enjoyed it while waiting. What a wonderful welcome. Have never experienced that before Grazie!

Great addition to the Berkeley Heights restaurant scene. It was packed on a rainy Saturday night. Food was top notch from start to finish. The colossal meatball is a pound of meat - really enjoyed it. My family loves the tender octopus tentacle. The calamari was light and perfectly fried. For mains, the branzino is our favorite fish - love the crisp they get on the skin. The squid ink pasta is sizable and a treat. I ordered the trout special which was enjoyable but I think the branzino is still the king.Service is wonderful and Tony and his wife are a lovely couple. We will be back soon.

The restaurant was very tastefully decorated which added to the overall chique allure of the menu which every option was a great choice whether you go for the seafood or steak both look just as amazing as they taste! The dessert menu was also to die for definitely do not skip dessert here! Well be back again for sure!

Did not know it was BYOB! Not the restaurants fault, still an amazing time, but there is no wine or anything similar (although the table is set with nice wine glasses). It was very busy, but my gnocchi and following tres leches cake came out fast and they were a true delight. In the crossfire they did forget our bread, but it was Valentine's Day, so I don't really blame them. I would like to return, bringing wine this time of course.

Great value, calamari was delicious with a lot of arugula and peppers. The branzino was seasoned good, but it didn't look exactly like the picture in instagram so it looked like it was missing some components. We had a female waitress and she was so attentive. Very good service, took a while to get check but they were swamped on vday. I would recommend !

The food was good and service started a little slow but got better as they got past the rush. The choice of decor in the men's run is questionable at best and in very poor taste.

Tony & Bona and their staff were amazing. Have been hearing for months how amazing Cafe Vincotto from all my friends. I finally got a chance to go and it’s as good as everyone says. From the minute you walk in, Tony welcomes you with a big smile and the extraordinary dining experience begins. I will definitely be back often and will recommend Cafe to all my friends. Tony & Bona congrats!Parking: In addition to free parking lot, parking on the street is free and plenty of parking
