Ordered 4 lattes out first night we stayed at the hotel. 2 of the 4 lattes were cold, doesn't make sense. Paying 30 bucks for 4 coffees and they are cold, super annoying. The next day we just ordered straight coffee because we wanted nice warm drinks. This time we got 2 coffees that were poured out from the end of the container and again were cold. This time we told one of the girls. Instead of just getting a new cup she told us it is hot. Yet it was just barely warm. She gave us a new cup but not without replying with an attitude that it is warm. Would not recommend, never buying coffee here again. For what you pay you want a good cup of coffee and nice service not this.

Every time I come to the embassy suites this Starbucks location never seems to disappoint. Cozy sitting area right when you walk in, which is good for reading/office work. I like how everything is neat and organized. The customer service is quick & exquisite every time. Visit Nicole she's the best!

From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, super friendly, always smiling, and they knew their stuff when it came to making my favorite drink just the way I like it (Oleato). Perfect spot to catch up with friends, Starbucks and its amazing staff always had me covered. Love coming here!!!!

Worst place ever. The baritas are always with a bad attitude. The orders never come out the way they supposed to. The employees need more training on customer service. Very poorly managed by an upper middle class environment.

after having been to this location more times than I can count, I've finally decided to leave a comment and make others aware of how awful this store is. 8 out of 10 times the drink and food is wrong, these are online orders where the specifics are printed out on the labels visible to read. the word awful was chosen not because of drinks and food orders but because in addition to this, majority of the staff here re very rude, will ignore you and often too busy on phones and talking to each other to address to business. lastly, this is the third time in a row the food order was cold upon pick up at the designated time.

When I checked in, my room was filthy. Tables had not been cleaned so I don't know what was smeared all over them. Carpet was dirty and piles of hair all over the floor. It looked like someone stayed there for weeks and cleaned their hairbrush out every day and left these piles of hair all over the floor. I was disgusted. They came to clean after I called but wiped down the table with a dry cloth. So, I had to go to the desk to get wipes so I could clean my own room. They vacuumed the hair but left all the crumbs on the floor, so I had to ask AGAIN to vacuum my room. Most of the time I am understanding to these situations because they can be short staffed, but the cleaning staff were in the hallways watching videos on their phones. Not okay to have to clean my own room prior to my stay. The hotel said they would credit me points to my account but even that never happened. The onsite restaurant is good but call for a reservation or you might not get in. Do not get takeout from there. They called me over an hour after I placed my order, and my food was cold. I ordered the apple cobbler, and it was so burnt, I could not eat it.

Disappointed. There was a special 50% off any hand crafted drink earlier this week that was loaded into my Starbucks app that I stopped in for, but was told it couldn't be honored because they were 'having problems' with their computer system. Hard to believe there wasn't any alternate way to manually enter a discounted price.Otherwise this location is as nice of not nicer than most Starbucks in the area. Had to subtract stars for lack of caring on the employee's side.

Very well run conference event. There were many military veterans at this veteran specific event, and it seemed as though the staff went full out to make the event seem flawless. We had the privilege of having as a speaker an officer who had won the Medal of Honor. This event was possibly the most flawless event Ihad ever been at in a hotel venue. Well designed, a restful fountain in the lobby, and one of the pictures appeared to be a replica of Thomas Alve Edison s invention of the incandescent light bulb. Many interesting interior design touches in this building.
