The food honestly is bad. We ordered 3 taco carnitas and 3 taco steak with rice and beans. We're from Florida and honestly Florida has the best Mexican and Puerto Rican food. If I can rate the food a 0 I would. But I had to give a 1 star ⭐ because their is no option for no star. Poor rating food. Never again will I order or recommend this place.

Great food. They have all kinds of Mexican desserts breads etc as well.
The people working there are very nice. I encountered 2 problems. Luckily I asked for an itemized bill. I thought the bill was very high for a fajita and tacos. I was told there were three tacos to an order. I asked for American tacos. I explained what I wanted on them. The normal stuff. There were no chopped tomatoes at all. There were also only 2 tacos which had almost zero meat in it and almost no other ingredients. It was on a soft shell too. I found I was overcharged for the tacos, after reviewing the receipt. If I hadn't caught it, I would have paid $24 for 4 tacos! I also paid for a large sour cream. It was a tiny cup. I had to ask if there was taco sauce in the bag. There was NOT! She had to go get it. I will definitely not be going back. I would have had a way better meal from the fast food place across the street! Very disappointing for a 95 year old man that spent $55 on a crap meal.

$75 order for a burrito, nachos, and a quesadilla. The “nachos” were chips with pinto beans. Everything else was just as bad. Used to love this place, not anymore.

NEW OWNERS!…Restaurant is very clean, bright and colorful. It reminded me of Oaxaca with its friendly colorful, atmosphere. My chicken sopes was made to order which took awhile but was well worth it(will order ahead next time). The portion is huge so I’ll happily be eating it again for lunch tomorrow. The (3) sopes are fresh, well layered, including avocado, and delicious! They seem to have very fresh breads/masa. I asked for both red and green sauce. The green sauce was bright and citrusy, the red a bit hotter and smoky but not too hot. I’ve only tried one dish but it is excellent. YAY! Welcome to the neighborhood Los Aztecas!!

I ordered a wet chicken burrito. When it came out it had very little cheese on it. No cheese inside and barely any chicken. It was filled with rice and beens. I asked to have it remade but quickly changed my mind. The rice on the side is over cooked and the beans were watery. I paid for my drink and left . This was dreadful. Trust the reviews on here. The food is not good.

really fell off after the new owners took over. ordered a CHICKEN and cheese empanada it was just cheese all the way through. california burrito was just lettuce and chicken. salsa tasted watered down. steak was bland and didn’t taste like much. tamales tasted microwaved. if i could give 0 stars i would.

This place used to have the best Mexican food, but since owners have changed it has gone to shit. Smaller portions and bad quality food. My empanada was small and dry. As well as my chimichanga. Puts Mexican food to shame. Will never go here again. Would put 0 stars if I could

We knew this place was going downhill, was hoping things have changed. Definitely somethings going on here, food took a downward spiral How do you burn a burrito? By the time we got home, which is less than five minutes away. Everything was ice cold. Been going to this place for over 20 years, when they were first located at the old ocean first bank.Watched it change ownership several times. This time whoever owns it should wake up. The food is terrible. Not like the old days. You lost a regular. Overpriced and horrible! Could not finish my reheated plate.

The salsa for the chips is awful watered down. I ordered GRILLED chicken with cheese and Mexican sauce. I received not grilled chicken with just mole sauce. I took it up she said she’d fix it. Brought it back still no cheese and sauce not on it but my same chicken looked rinsed off a placed on a burner again asked where the cheese was and sauce. She went I don’t know what she did I’ll have her fix it at this point I said just forget it my family is already done. Their beans look right out of a cab with the juice also disgusting. The rice is definitely frozen kind. The chicken was definitely precooked frozen. My husbands fajitas didn’t even come out sizzling and came with 2 small tortillas. My kids got chicken quesadilla no salsa, no sour cream, hardly any cheese for fajitas or quesadillas. I don’t know why anyone would like this place. Togo from big dogs for myself was great!
