I ordered their single plantation sampler online. The shipping was as good as could be expected, with consistent tracking. The packaging was perfect. If you haven't had their chocolates yet, they are in a class of their own- some of the best I've ever had! You can really tell the superior quality of the ingredients and the craftmanship is awesome. Additionally, their customer service is out of this world. The team bent over *backwards* to ensure I had my chocolates on time for Christmas, despite issues with the carriers - and absolutely attentive, responsive and super nice. Highly recommend - they have the whole package!!

They're true masters of Chocolate. Taste is balanced so well, so elegant, has such a nuances, even aftertaste plays great like aftertaste of fine wine. Always delightful. Not mentioning their wrapping design which is awesome itself.
