I went to this location today and was extremely disappointed at the service provided. I ordered a simple black iced coffee and was told to expect a wait time of 25 minutes even though the app qued that the order should be completed. I talked to the barista and was faced with backlash, rudeness and just plain attitude. A bit disappointed in this location as it was formerly one of my favorites.

I went to Starbucks yesterday before the 'lunch rush' to order a hot drink and a breakfast sandwich. I made sure to specify allergies to the cashier and asked for non-dairy options, or just no dairy at all. I got in line behind a couple before a family of 4 walked in to get on the line behind me, and to my surprise, the family of 4 (who had their orders taken after mine) received their drinks first before the Barista even started making my drink. I could understand if the barista had to make one drink for each party, but the family behind me ordered 3 drinks to my 1. After I had placed my order, I was told that the Starbucks was getting swamped by mobile orders, so there would be a long wait for food. I understand being busy with mobile orders, but shouldn't the people in the restaurant be prioritized over said mobile orders? Not only that, but I was able to leave and get lunch for later at a different establishment before returning for my breakfast sandwich and then had to proceed to wait for 5 more minutes. And the cherry on top? I asked for no cheese on my breakfast sandwich, and I got cheese melted on it. I couldn't even take it off and salvage the sandwich. I'm lactose intolerant and that is not okay. Breakfast ruined. Thanks a lot. Get it together, Starbucks. Your customer service is subpar, at best, and I'm pretty sure if people weren't addicted to your coffee, this location would be out of business.

i love this starbucks so much its so good they give super fast service and they usually get my order right bu when they dont get it right they always fix it for me i love them so much and I go like every single day please come here its the best starbucks the seating is also really nice and i will probably come here to study with my friends when school starts

Issue with card processing system. They have a new square system that processes a duplicate charge to a phantom company in Philadelphia. I called store and advised them. I also trying to notify Corporate office.

No, Starbucks, a Barista was not available to take my order in person. If the store really needed to close, the app should have told me that. This is bad management and bad customer service, and it wasted my time.

I go to this Starbucks establishment quite often and the service is often very slow. I would understand when there’s many people ordering all at once however when there’s 3 other people there I do not think it should take 30 minutes to make one cookie. Also, there is one specific worker named Paige who is constantly being rude and yelling at the students from the school nearby. I understand when they are being rowdy that you need to be strict but yelling at them for every little thing that they is so disrespectful. Often times she yells at the students for doing things that other non students are doing which shows her hypocrisy. I do no think that Paige is a good worker and if you can not fire her I hope someone fixes her attitude and she learns to be a little more kind to the students.

This place really need to get some real baristas who can read orders or make a specific item on their menu. Purchased a venti matcha green tea latte with 1/2 cup of Foam, special on my label says NO Foam! Avoid this place in the mornings. Strike 2 for Tuesday & Wednesday morning. Venti price for Tall cup of beverage. Unbelievable, Please learn to read.

I’ve tried this location a few times hoping they would get better being that I work down the street and it is the closest to me but they always get your order wrong, the coffee always tastes burnt and tastes like they do not clean their machines regularly. The workers are dismissive and I think they should all get better, more adequate training. Management should definitely monitor closer the quality of their product they are selling as well as the competency of their workers/ the way their they are trained.

Nice store, but they close early on weeknights, close at 3pm on Saturdays, and closed on Sundays. Not great for afternoon and night owls.
