I was only able to experience take out as they were closed for indoor dining but they were so accommodating and the food was great! Stopped in today for the southern fried unchicken platter. Absolutely phenomenal today! Fried perfectly, Mac and cheese was amazing and the corn bread was so sweet and so delicious

I ordered the Philly cheese steak with the beyond beef and the regular cut fries with a side of kale. Everything was delicious I will definitely go back again ?.

The food was delicious. I had the vegan rendition of a Philly Cheese Steak and Macaroni and Cheese, both were amazing. The young lady that waited on me was very pleasant and personable. The dining area was closed so the restaurant was only doing takeout; however, there is live entertainment on certain evenings.Vegetarian options: All vegan selectionsWheelchair accessibility: 1 level. Closed during supposed business hours. Website doesn't work, phone goes to full voicemail. Probably a front. Tried to go there twice.Went there 6/14 at around 5:45pm on a thursday and 7/29 (a saturday) at 1:30 - both times absolutely no notes on the door, no information on facebook, the phone number went to voicemail. Voicemail box was full. I'm sure it's My fault though, right? I didn't check enough social media sites.

The food was disgusting. The green beans were over cooked, soggy and burnt. The taste of the burnt green beans and smell lingered on my Mac and cheese which was soggy and some of the noodles hard. The food was not fresh at all. The chilli was ok from the taste but I refused to eat it with everything else I ordered being completely nasty and not fresh. I don’t just eat anything and if it is not good despite how much money I spent, I will not eat it. A waste of $15 but at least my stomach won’t feel the pain. Would not recommend and will not be back!

I just tried la Lus vegan cafe and I have to say it was reallyyyyyy good ! I got the southern soul and the Philly way with a side a Mac and kale. I feel like everyone’s needs to try this place I’ll definitely be coming back there I called in my order and the phone service was great she was very nice and took her time and there was a girl playing the piano she was so nice really a lovely business !!
