My friend and I decided to try this place out and it was not what we expected at all, however still impressed. As soon as we walked in we got a table. There was a birthday party going on and Dj which was enjoyable to see others celebrating. Service: (came over 3x for drink order, food order, & to give us food) Personally we did not mind, we had everything we needed and the workers are in distance to call over.DJ was so loud we couldn’t hear ourselves talk. Asked for a peach lemonade , got just lemonade instead but it was great regardless.Vegetarian options: vegan wings

This place is amazing. I'd call it modern soul food. I usually don't like the food at most restaurants but everything here was phenomenal. I had the chicken and waffles and my husband had the fish and fried grits. The chicken was seasoned and fried to perfection with fluffy light waffles. Those fried grits we're one of the best dishes I've ever had. Creamy and cheesy inside with a crunchy crust. Definitely try it!I loved the atmosphere nice relaxing vibes like your at a friend's house for lunch. Definitely going back to work my way through the menu and hopefully not become a chubbier Chick ?

We chose to try this place out after seeing the amazing reviews. We were visiting from Virginia for a few days. We came in for a birthday breakfast. The atmosphere is very warm and welcoming. The service is above & beyond expectations. The food is WOW! We had a few dishes and each was delicious and unique. I will always want fried grits after this! The drinks were amazing. The staff saw that we were celebrating a birthday so they turned up the volume and came out to sing & celebrate with us! I will definitely revisit and I have been telling everyone locally that they need to visit this place!Great job Chubby Chicks Cafe!

We live right down the road and finally stopped into this restaurant the food experience is top level everything made fresh and made with love!! The variety of teas and lemonade flavors will blow your mind and taste buds I suggest buying a half gallon to enjoy at home. The restaurant is byob! And the music selections are always great usually r&b flavor. I definitely recommend having a great dining experience here! The portions and flavors are both a 10 out of 10 thank me later also no pork on the menu!!!
