“Food came out quick and accurately. Then person at the window taking the order on the intercom could've shown a little better customer service. It didn't seem like he cared about what i was saying i wanted, he just wanted to rush me through the line.“

“I didn't get any food items but I oredered four drinksj for my family. A frozen chocolate, a hot caramel coffee, a butter pecan ice coffee, and a refresher. All the drinks were made to perfection. I applaud the staff there for working diligently and patiently. “

“This place is located in a small strip mall off Marlton Pike. We happened to be in the plaza to have brunch at a neighboring restaurant and this place caught our eye. We walked in not intending to do much more than browse but once an employee offered us a sample, we ended up getting not just an ube mochi ring but also half a dozen of the matcha ones for our friends meeting for brunch to try. I like how they put some toppings on the donuts, like the matcha ones had a marshmallow on top (more than one might have been nice, seeing as how cheap marshmallows are!), the coffee ones had a Biscoff cookie on top, and I think the taro ones had a corresponding flavored Pocky stick on top, etc. $2.85 per donut not including tax. We didn't try their drinks so I can't comment on those. I'm not sure we'd make a specific trip just to come here but it was kind of a nice place to make a stop en route to the neighboring restaurant.“

“I had a party and needed a gluten free and vegan dessert option for a few guest, Burt also wanted something the masses could enjoy. The donuts were coupled with an ice cream bar and other mini dessert and NOT ONE DONUT WAS LEFT! Everyone loved them! And the flavors are rotating and funky and not your average donut! “First time at this location after being a frequent servicer of their West Philly location. Location: Cute, smaller, but with several seating options for those looking to sign in. Service: No complaints! Coffee station had the fixings plus oat milk for free use. Food: Went with a chocolate pistachio donut that truly did not taste "vegan" at all. Wish there was a stronger pistachio flavor to it but overall a highly satisfactory bite. Would revisit any time I'm back in Philly & eager to try their other rotating flavors and/or non-donut pastries.“

“I was visiting the area and searched for a good diner and donut shop. This place appeared and I drove to go check it out. I..was..not..disappointed! The owner is sweet and welcoming. She hooked me up with two free donuts and offered a few pointers in regard to the real estate direction of New Jersey. I highly recommend Jack’s Donuts. I really like the sauce that they provided (Spicy Mayo, Mango Habanero). The hotdog was good but the batter was a bit bland. I would come back to try the potato original corndog!“

“Stopped at this Dunkin to grab a large iced coffee, less ice, because I know how to live, and besides the about ¼ of sugar that was unmixed in laying on the bottom of my cup, it was perfect. “I barely come to this Dunkin. However, I traveled much farther just to come here because it was an overall better experience. It was much cleaner than the one closer to me. The floors didn’t have any trash. The employees were always cleaning around themselves. The cashier was very polite and pleasant with the party I enter with. We were very indecisive about our order. When we finally ordered, even the employees in the back who were completing drive through orders. Helped finished up our order. The front staff even gave us a free hot chocolate due to a delay that was caused from hot chocolate machine. It was not working properly. They had to fix it first.God bless your store“

Wish the cone was filled with more ice cream! Saw a sign for gelati's (for those who don't know, layers of soft serve and water ice in a cup.) flavors were mango and one other. Will go back to try!
