if i could give this place a zero, i would . there service was TERRIBLE, the woman was yelling at the customers and a hispanic girl who didn’t hear her call her name and said “do you not speak english” and yelling at her and embarrassing her because she didn’t go immediately. The food was burnt and got order wrong, Your gonna yell at a girl to grab her food but got her order wrong. Don’t go here .

4-star pricing for only 3-star value.The food is quite expensive for a burger joint, but the quality is subpar in my opinion. I had the southwest bison chipotle burger with garlic parmesan fries. Both of these items were sloppy.The burger had its toppings leaking and spread out in the wrapper upon opening, and was warm but not fresh and hot (as if it had been sitting around for a while before they served it). The fries were served in a box and the garlic parmesan sauce was pooled on one side with about a quarter of the fries not covered in the sauce. There was also too much sauce and it was not too pleasant of a flavor.Service was poor. Waitstaff were a bit rude. They were short with us, did not look us in the eye, did not handle our food particularly well, weren't polite, and seemed irritated by our presence. We tried our best to be straightforward and polite to them so as not to cause any conflicts or arguments.The food itself was mostly tasty which is redeeming, but it being sloppy brings it down.
Love this place! Staff is always nice, place looks clean and feels spacious. Anytime I want a nice juicy burger I head to BGR. Never been disappointed!

Took my nephews out for lunch. The place was ‘ok’. The food was all frozen. Hockey Puck Patties! Staff was friendly when we arrived and throughout our lunch. Place smelled old & greasy.The building fire alarm went off (not their fault). Alarm was piercing and forced us outside. Police and fire did come after 20-25m.Not impressed with food or atmosphere. At least the staff was friendly, apologetic & good sense of humor.
