Tried Casa de Flora Bar in Bloomfield, NJ. It’s a beautiful place to just relax and have a quick bite. Place is small but clean. Not much choice in the menu, food coloring used in some waffles or cappuccino or other coffee or tea. Food was mediocre, coffee wasn’t hot and service was not up to par.

I enjoyed reading the owner's website and knowing the obstacles she had to go through in order to open up her business. So nice supporting not only a female but a black owned business and we can't wait to return. Justice was an awesome server and a wonderful addition to the overall ambience. Even the bathroom is pretty and I loved the soap lol wish I took a photo of it.
I drove 45 minutes to eat here and was disappointed with the food. The waitress was friendly and so was the rest of the staff. The chicken was warm not hot and it was tough the pink waffle was good but cold. My daughter strawberry shortcake waffle was good but to soft for her taste she didn’t eat her chicken she said it wasn’t good .The place is cute for pics but not for the food . Staff needs uniformsParking: Parking lot across the street I paid $1

I absolutely adore this place. It's chic with a beautiful interior. Love the theme that they had for Valentines Day with heart-shaped cups for mocktails. Definitely place to take photos for Instagram, especially in the booth area.I love the menu they have and was very satisfied with food. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating.As I mentioned, this place is smaller than the photos they displayed on the website, and it does seem to be busy a lot on weekends. We had to wait at least 10 mins for us to get seated.Good luck finding street parking. It's best to do paid parking, which is right next door. It's $1 per hourOne critique I would say is that the staff seem a tad bit disorganized. Such as mixing up our orders and waiting for the server, but other than that, the place and the people are GREAT.I definitely would return.
