This is my chinese food spot. The only one I know that has half fried chicken on the menu. They will cook the food how you want it ! Fried hard , sauce on the side so the G. Tso's stays crispy, extra spicy and everything else. I've been to both their restaurants (Tao Yuen Chen and this one). Just remember... this is an American Chinese restaurant. They serve American Chinese food . If you want authentic Chinese food then go elsewhere. They are very nice and will prepare your food the way you want it .

The worst experience ever! I ordered from this restaurant for a while and the food is always good but I had an order recently where the chicken was like rubber, clearly not cooked through. I called them back and they agreed to change it, but when the delivery man arrived to my home he was angry and aggressive! He open the chicken I was returning and started saying is nothing wrong with it! raising his voice. He took the new order back along with the uncooked order. He also said not to call again, and I won’t ever!! This was a terrible and scary experience, I would never order again from them and if I could I would file a police report bc that man was scary and dangerous!!!

Took my order over the phone charged my credit card and then called me back to say they don’t deliver to my address
After 90 minutes I called to see if the food was on its way. After first claiming she didn't see an order for my address, she looks thru the computer and finally says, oooh.... then, "yes, yes he is on his way"The restaurant is a mile from my house. The food came 25 minutes later.Look, mistakes happen. Orders are misplaced. But don't lie to me and tell me everything is normal and he's on his way, and then scramble to get my order started. Tell me the truth, maybe offer an extra egg roll for the two hour wait, or maybe just apologize.Food was fast food Chinese. It's fine. Two stars for the customer service fail.

Food horrible service horrible I brought the food back expecially after the got my order wrong from the delivery the delivery driver refused to give me my money back and was very nasty I will never order from here again!!!

Absolutely delicious, fast, and reasonably priced. I ordered the shrimp egg foo yong with the fried shrimp and french fries with a shrimp eggroll and it was delicious. It was hot and ready for pick up in 20 minutes and they weren’t stingy with the condiments. All in all I was rather pleased.
