Ordered hot wings and pepsi from grubhub. The bag was literally falling apart as it arrived. The fries were so stiff and the hot wings were less hot and more salty. And I had no idea that if you don’t specifically order for some, they don’t send a single packet of any dipping sauce by default. And the pepsi can came without a straw. I only have myself to blame because I should have seen the reviews before ordering from them. Goodbye crown fried chicken, forever.

Food was not seasoned. Ran out of chicken wings. Cashier had an uncaring attitude, and no napkins or utensils were given with my order. Never again.

I came here after a night out to grab some food and the person who was serving the food called me broke AFTER paying for my food.. said he owned the restaurant & his family has money. WILL NEVER GIVE THEM MY MONEY!! do not go here, after paying my hard earned money I get told i’m broke… NEVER AGAIN!!!!!

Great spot.1) Best bang for your buck. The food on average is cheaper than any fast food around.2) The fried chicken is amazing. But, if you are a snob, not your place.3) They are open late. Which is great. 4) The area is somewhat impoverished. So, if you never been around working class or welfare class of people. You might not like this area. I love this type of area.

I've lived in Spanish Harlem where our version of cfc ran king. This place is lacking in every way. It's cheap, it's fast, and if you rub a chicken leg across a brown paper bag it will become translucent.

I was very disappointed ordering uber eats from them. I received burnt chicken on top of fries. The paper box it came in was falling apart. I ordered a pepsi and received dr.pepper. I went back to the store with the burnt chicken and explained I wasn’t eating that, but the customer service was terrible. I showed the man the chicken and asked him for something else. He laughed while looking at the black chicken and said “that’s what it looks like in the picture” and laughed and said there’s nothing he can do so I left the burnt chicken on the counter. Honestly the worst crown fried chicken. Don’t recommend wasted money and time on burnt chicken… You guys are supposed to have good chicken aren’t y’all a chicken place?

I ordered spicy wings and fries. The food was hot but the wings were salty not spicy and very crunchy. The service was very good, the place clean and the atmosphere clean and inviting. I would go again but I would not order that spicy special.

I'm an ubereats driver and he gave me a piece of chicken for free because I told him how good it smelled in there 10/10 it was not skimpy either very delicious and a kind man to delivery drivers

It was a Sunday night with practically all stores closed so I decided to venture Uber Eats and order from Crown Fried Chicken.I ended up going for the Cheese Fries and The 6pc Boneless Hot Wings over Rice combo. The only true way to mess up fries in general is if they are undercooked or soggy and mine were neither. They did not mess up the "layup" order for what it's worth. As for the combo, it was completely lackluster. The chicken was borderline dry and the small portion size for the money ($11.25) didn't make it any better. Lets just say the pictures on Uber Eats can be misleading.All in all, it was pretty below average food that would not entice me to order again from.

Been coming to this establishment off and on for over 3 yrs, I tried to exchange some mashed potatoes and gravy because it didnt taste fresh. 1st the guy behind the counter said it was made 2 days ago (not fresh) then said they were made the day before. The guy then refused to change them even tho I just left the store less then 5mins.
