The gentleman with the dreads working early this morning was the definition of unprofessional. I waited 15 minutes when there was only one person in front of me. He went outside and checked his cell phone instead of taking my order. I could have drove to McDonald’s, ate my food, and went home before he even got to the register. I will not go back.

The only thing I noticed is that their 1/2 dz donuts cost $9.99, which is a bit higher than other Dunkin donuts. Also, the store is a bit small. Other than that, it was okay.

Today is national teacher's free medium coffee day. I am a teacher and before work I went in to get one and they said they do not do that promotion at their location. Although it was on there menu as a promotion. I will never return to this location.

Early morn approx 7am. Not many people, yet long wait to order. I asked for light and 3 sugar. What I got was dopefiend sweet. Bagel was nicely done. Too bad I was back on the road before I tasted coffee.

Far the worst Duncan I’ve ever been to. I spent six dollars on a croissant sandwich that had two tiny slices of bacon on it.. if I wanted to order just a croissant I would’ve. I also tried using my rewards for a free sandwich and they gave me attitude and said oh no, you can’t use this. unbelievable. I will be going somewhere else.
