I stop at this Establishment at least once a day faithfully and the people there are extremely nice and helpful. However the store is usually warn and not because the heat is on but because of the heat from the equipment and on today 3/3/24 it is awfully Hot in the store today and on a day like today where the weather is nice 67 outside the store is extra hot and uncomfortable for the customers and the workers and unfortunately the Employees are told by the store Owner/ Management that they can’t touch the A/C to cool off the store or they will get fired this is not a good work environment for these nice people to have to work in so someone needs to do something about this situation. It is 85 degrees in the store

It must be the staff leaving good reviews to drown out the others. Or maybe the good ones are old. I'm sure there are worst Dunkins. I've just never been to one. It just happens to be by my house.

There were 4 employees working and all were distracted by one of the other employees kid. My order of 2 sandwiches took 15 min to get ready and it was not busy just me and another costumer. I hot frustrated at the time but i was like “don’t make a big deal”. Then I get home to find they got my order wrong, to drive all the way back and talk to them and they tell me “do you want a refund or do you want the sandwich fixed?” And when I expressed my frustration they repeated “ok you want a refund or your sandwiches?”.I felt disappointed and disrespected and that my time isn’t important. They had one job, and to me it felt like they refused to take any accountability for their mistake.

Was there today and did not appreciate how the boss spoke to the workers saying they aren't allowed to have any breaks not even to the bathroom in front of paying customers. Not good work ethic at all because the young crowd that work there are very great and provide great service and deserving of a break when needed so I give the workers 5 stars but the owner 2 stars for that!! Plus the new manager there is not inviting or helpful from what I see...please fix this and then u will deserve 5 stars

The manager says in a loud voice. The bathroom is for paying customers only. Completely oblivious that I just spent $45.00 on their products. I say mam,are you saying I'm not a paying customer as I was just served by your cashier? She looked baffled and tried a half felt apology. I won't return it was embarrassing.

This is my go to Dunkin! The employees are pretty friendly, and the service is pretty fast. There’s no drive-through, but normally plenty of parking in front. There’s always room for improvement though.

There's a new manager at this location but like her staff is proving to be just as incompetent. I ordered off the app, don't use it much but felt for quick breakfast run. I had a fairly large order and they forgot one of my veggie cream cheese bagels. I called immediately as I got home upon noticing, she (assuming it was the manager) said "ok". I assumed going back that I'll grab my bagel and get out but the manager and staff member decides I should know how they operate their failures instead of an apology for me having to come back out; burning gas for 1bagel. She, the manager further let's me know that she was there w the young lady and she herself packed my bag but had no idea I had a couple of bags and that they can't count because there were only 3bagels not 4 in the bag. I was furious, I interrupted, asking her why she wasting my time explaining the runnings of her failures instead of my bagel being prepped and waiting for me w an apology. The lil girl then tells me she made four but she didn't say it all made it to my bag, again why r you telling me about someone else's dishonesty and ur screw up. I'm still standing waiting for this bagel that is still not being prepped so I questioned whether or not I was getting the bagel or do I stand and continued to be subject to ur blatant gesture that I'm some kind of liar for 1 bagel. She said no you'll get ur bagel but next time check your bag. I yelled "you should have lead w that, and yes, yes that may have been my bad for trusting that I was dealing w a dunkin that was fully trustworthy and competent!" Oh you think it was over, I got home reheated my coffee which by now was dog nosed cold and no hazelnut nor sugar. I had my family taste test it as though to confirm I'm in all right to be peeved; CONFIRMED!I called the manager back and let her know my coffee was also awry she adds insult to injury and I quote, if u were nicer I would have given u the same order or something else the next day. I went off; I said "I PAID for a service and my food never asking you for anything free not once!" Maybe cause I was blk she thought I was hungry and needed a scam naaahhh can't be that bold so I can sue her. By now my breakfast experience is ruined and she asks what else she needs to do for me and I stated YOU and YOUR STAFF need customer service training and competency training. She had one job, follow peoples order on the screen and execute. You don't play around w people's breakfast them accuse them of being a liar!!THIS ONLY HAS 1 STAR CAUSE IVE BEEN A LONG TIME CUSTOMER TO THIS LOCATION ALWAYS GOING IN BUT THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME MY APP ORDER WAS WRONG, JUST WRONG W THIS NEW MANAGER, NO ATTITUDE FROM PAST MANAGEMENT ONLY HUMILITY. NOW THANKS TO HER I KNOW TO STAND THERE IN THE SMALL SPACE AND TAKE OUT EVERY SINGLE ITEM IN A $30+ ORDER ENSURING THEY DID THEIR JOBS. FAST FOOD YEAH NOT SO MUCH!!!

I have never seen a dunkin' Donuts ? run as efficiently and at such a timely as this one. This was my first time here, I happened to visit on a monday at a peak time. I walked in, and there was a line to order, and many ppl waiting for orders. There were adults and school kids all waiting for orders and waiting to order. This crew of 4 ( 2 young men and 2 young women) emptied at the dunkin' in less than 10 mins ? ??. We are often in a rush, so we overlook what a great job they are doing and go straight to complaints. I loved how they wrote the customers' names on the bags.

GiGio went above and beyond for me! She gave me the best customer service in the world and the coffee was delicious! It was hot, not too sweet, and not too much cream! The coconut donut was delectable and she def deserves a raise. Outstanding cashier!
