Hours were 5am-8pm online and on the app today. I ordered for mobile pickup at 8:30am, arrived at 8:45am to notice the store was closed. I call around 9:30am to try to resolve the problem or get my money back. I was told I could come pick it up at 11am when they open (not listed anywhere on the website or app that they open at 11am instead today). So I arrive at 11am to get my items that I ordered this morning. I was told that they are not filling orders from this morning and only 11am and onward. I told them I called and was told I could pick it up at 11am (they didn’t care, told me to cancel the order when it was already placed and I was charged for it). You cannot cancel an order on the app when it is already placed and charged. Very disappointed and unprofessional there. Wasted money and time.
I miss the old crew but this one will do. And they don't have my favorite dounut. The coffee is good.Parking: It's a strip mall so get there early. It's hard to find when the stores are open.
