I have been buying cakes and bread since 1999 for this bakery! I had a very bad experience on Saturday, March 30, 2024. We ordered my daughter‘s birthday cake 12 days ahead of time, when I went to pick it up the rude manager said I have to wait on that line.. I advised it was already paid in full, and it was not fair to me to wait half an hour online, but she didn’t care. I did advise the manager that I had to go to a venue ,and I didn’t want to be late, but she really didn’t care .I really think that they need to revamp this policy immediately,and make sure that when you order a cake or whatever you can go on a special line, not have to wait 30 minutes or something you already paid for. I understand The holiday policy, but my order was a birthday order. It had nothing to do with Easter ,and it was for the Saturday before. When it was ordered the girls did not tell me I’d also have to wait on Saturday to pick it up. They really need to have a better policy. My advice is the corner area to the right of the store would be for picking up prepaid orders only.

I ordered a small wedding cake with Strawberry filling and bananas and banana filing. There were no bananas. I was highly disappointed! That was a very important event for me. I can't trust them with my cake the next time.

Great Italian bakery. Huge. Fresh baked bread, donuts, sweet buns, cakes, cookies and of course: pastries. Homemade taralles. Large selection of butter cookies by the pound. Trays for parties. They also have a small store for things like milk and eggs, as well as imported Italian specialties.Dietary restrictions: Bread and taralles are vegan.Desserts are not very good for people with dietary restrictions. No vegan, gluten-free or dairy-free options.Kid-friendliness: Lots of yummy treats made for kids. Cute cupcakes and big cookies. Chocolate covered pretzels.

When my boyfriend and I came here, we felt rushed and uncomfortable. The sales person was rude an impatient while we looked around..didn't like the fact that she followed us around the store. Also there was no names or prices on the bake goods and you clearly see the sales person was getting annoyed when asked what the item was. Def will not be returning back!

Ordered a New York style cheesecake with fresh strawberries... nothing short of phenomenal! The cheesecake was rich and creamy... strawberries fresh and sweet ... and the graham cracker crust which was easily 1/4 inch thick WOW! Also scooped some Italian Rainbow Cookies... fresh and delicious. Staff was very friendly and helpful! Would highly recommend. Can't wait to go back and try some more goodies!
