Highly disappointed regarding an order I made on Ubereats today. The estimated time that is shown says 5min-25min, I ordered my food at 10:30am and have yet to receive the food I ordered. I called the merchant several times. The first time he answered he stated the food was picked up 3mims ago and is on the way. It’s been over two hours and the food never arrived. They are very unprofessional !!

If there is a possibility for negative stars, this place deserves it. Read others reviews because they are in fact correct. My roomate ordered around $100 in food and it never came. No return call the next day to correct either miscommunication or blatant disregard for our order. Either way unacceptable and they should be take off Uber eats.

Worst place ever to order from. Either locations NEVER answer their phones.. placed an order for delivery and NEVER received it but was charged. I'm still waiting on my $67 refund.. called numerous of times and left voicemails.. no answer as of yet. It's been 2days. Going in person is my next best bet. Ugh oh!!

I ordered using the UberEats app, I ordered at 6:30pm and at 10pm they marked my order delivered..My order never arrived. I called numerous times to get some type of update but the phone kept going to voicemail. Please avoid ordering from this place!

Over an hour past the estimated delivery time and no food, no one answers the phone , and no way to track you order at all. Idk how Uber could be paired with such a bad partner . I should’ve used another app. Update still no food and now they are trying to charge me for food I never got

I ordered and the food never arrived. This place is a scam. I urge everyone to report them to the BBB and send a message to the local municipality to have their certificate of occupancy revoked. This place should not be in business.

To say that I am upset is an understatement. Ordered through Ubereats and the food never showed up. I'm a hangry pregnant woman that missed her entire lunch hour waiting for food that probably never left the restaurant. I called the restaurant through the app and also regularly well over 20 times, yes over 20 times. Wish I would have read the reviews before placing the order. Looks like this is a regular occurrence for this establishment , Uber should revoke or cancel whatever it is they have with them. Disgusted
I ordered from Havana Mia on Uber Eats. When they were 30 minutes late, I called and no answers. When they were an hour late I tried calling again and they picked up and assured me they were 10 minutes from delivery. Like the trusting fool I am, I waited 30 more minutes.., then ordered food from Tony's, got my food from Tony's, ate my food from Tony's, and went to bed. I never got a call from Havana Mia saying my order had arrived but they still charged me. I filled out the complaint thingie with Uber Eats so hopefully I get my money back.

DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY. I ordered through Uber eats but their staff delivers instead of Uber drivers. Estimated delivery was "12:25-12:45" but it's still not here at 2:15 and probably never will be. Called 5x and got voicemail each time. Because it's been "out for delivery" for 55+ minutes (my house is less than 20 minutes away) I cannot cancel the order or report that it never arrived. It was a breakfast sandwich too, so if it ever does get here it'll be inedible. I wouldn't normally say this about a small business but I HATE YOU HAVANA MIA, I CURSE YOUR NAME AND I HOPE YOU CLOSE DOWN FOREVER.

I wish I could give this place 0 starsLike everyone else, I truly wish I checked these reviews prior to ordering thru Uber Eats! It's now 9:32pm amd was supposed to receive my order by 9:15 latest according to the restaurant. I tried to contact the restaurant numerous times and it goes straight to the voicemail. No answer. I'm getting ready to call Uber Eats for my money back.... this is highly disappointing. Horrible.
