I’ve been coming here over the years… love this place. Friendly familiar faces that greet you with a smile… Dawn always the kindest, even remembering my order . always amazing customer service I’ve gotten a lot over the years- sandwiches, parfaits that come ready to eat out of a cup, to morning bagels with all the works (turkey bacon, egg, and mozzarella cheese, tomato, onion, spinach on a toasted and buttered bagel) recently adding picking up my cold brew and they serve oat milk which is a major added plus no more other stops it’s a home run for me always. Love to recommend this place to anybody visiting town

I submitted an order to what I believed was the Montclair location and when the order was sent to the Bloomfield store. After walking forty minutes to the Montclair store and discovering that the stores have different owners and refuse to make that clear on the website, I called for a refund. Manager confirmed this happens all the time but they feel no responsibility to clarify on their website that each location has a different website. Also extremely rude and unwilling to just send order to the right location.

Yes , the bagels are best you can buy Tri-state and the lox are cut fresh as they are ordered as if each server was a Russian or European expert. A supreme selection of spreads. The true delight of the place consists of the old men chatting as if they are old school neighborhood guys. If you go to jersey and you want to feel Jersey then visit real Jersey and remnants of the boys.
