I recently visited IHOP and enjoyed my meal, but what struck me was the chaos in the kitchen. The staff was visibly overwhelmed, and the manager was urging them to hurry up, even yelling at times. As a customer, I felt uncomfortable seeing the team under so much pressure. While the food was good, I left feeling bad for the hardworking staff and the stressful environment they were in. Hopefully, management can find ways to support their team better.

The last 2 times I've been here it wasn't bad. We were seated right away. The servers were good. Food was good and the prices are not to bad. I don't like the silverware is spotty and the seats are sometimes dirty.

I used to come here and I enjoyed my experience here until I had a bad experience with one of the managers. I was clarifying to her about one of our orders and she had started calling my friend names that she was pathetic and annoying. I was so hurt after that experience and I really enjoyed coming to this location because we had dear friends that lived in the area and we would come and share a meal here. I no longer will be coming here due to the poor experience that I had.

Portions were incorrect, two plates, and 2 eggs, each not too sure and ordered an oreo waffle(made with oreo inside). It got plain Belgium with oreos on top only, but they remade that after I showed them what was wrong.
