Took over 15 mins to take my order because of pure yelling and screaming in the backyard. Got charged for things I shouldn't have been charged for. Didn't get items I ordered or items I was promised.My soup alone looked like someone half drank it before putting it in my bag. Almost $100 of food now being thrown away bc of how unprofessional the manager is without rectifying the situation for the customer at all. Especially after all of the inconveniences.Food is great but when you have lousy work ethics and customer service skills, the food isn't worth the headache not what so ever.

The chicken is not cooked through. I had this delivered. When I called manager very rude to me.told me to bring it back. I told him ok not driving that's why I had it delivered He tells me he knows it's cooked well because he tells them cook it for 15min. I said even so this chicken isn't done. He told me just bring it on tomorrow with a receipt. But that doesn't solve my issue today. He yelled at me that's all he was going to do and hung up.For some reason I can't add my photo!

I ordered dinner from Number 1 on 4/1/24, approx 6:30 PM. Monday's visit was my first time visiting this spot.Disappointed with the taste, portion size and price - even the egg rolls are small and overpriced. Never again. I will stick to Golden Harvest at Bloomfield Center. The food is great and the portions are measurable with the price.

The most disgusting Chinese restaurant I’ve ever been in my life, they gave me two frozen eggrolls, The fried rice was frozen at the bottom plate, the chicken was hard to chew, they charged me over $15 for a small portion. They took it as a joke, please skip this restaurant for your health and money sake.

Chicken had way to much soy sauce which makes it salty way to overpowering, fried rice feel dry but I do love the broccoli that I feel that they cooked right
So I read all the previous reviews before ordered and wanted to have my own review. We have had original number one for years. Never and issue but it looks like recently something changed. However, that was not the case for us. We ordered general Tso’s chicken, and did not have any issues with undercooked meat like other people had stated. We had eggrolls, shrimp fried rice, chicken wings, and crab rangoons. No issues with any food at all. They even gave us a free 2 L soda. Seems as if ownership changed but food quality was still good based off our recent order.

I always enjoy the food here only issue was today when I ordered from Uber eats. The rice was really hard and over cooked. It was crunchy. The other items were great, just disappointed we couldn’t eat the rice.
