My 1st time ordering from here and the food was great!!! We had the Chicken Savoy with Mashed Potato & Broccoli, Parsley Garlic Knots, Spicy Vodka Pasta with Salmon and the Mafaldine E Fungi Truffle Pasta with Salmon. The salmon was cooked perfectly and tasted great. Will definitely be ordering again!!

Been going to Popolari since it opened. The service has always been excellent and the food is consistent. We attended several special events there as well and the ambiance is always spot on. Their Tuesday family special is something we look forward to since cooking at home is not always feasible. My kids love their lamb pops and pizza. The owner is always gracious and friendly. He takes time to know all his customers and is always super respectful to staff and customers.Parking: There are always spots in the back and east access to the restaurant through the back door.

Over crowdedHow do you sell wine and have BYOB at same time. I've been a bartender for 26 years and that shows bad business because one out cant control how much a person drinks to cut them off because you have a mix going on of you serve they bring in.The food size to price is over charged. Some of the food isn't even ItalianI've worked in many Italian restaurants and never seen such hodge podge of a menu it looks like nuvo not real Italiano and they don't even pick a style it looks like scattered ideas. And the pizzas are individual size at what some charge for a medium pie with less crust that they say buy some sauce because It want to charge you for saucing what I ripped you off for in the beginning when you thought you were getting a full pizza but I under topped it so you can be charged more. You see the menu is to make you think you got a deal when I reality your getting screwed that is definitely not how real Italians are to their customers because the one thing most Italians hate is when they are treated like they are stunads and you play games like you do on your menu.I hope you fix it

My first time here for my birthday dinner. Food was absolutely top notch. All the staff was super friendly and made you feel like family. Cute, intimate atmosphere but also good for large families with children.

When we left Jersey several years back, we have been looking for an Italian restaurant that could step into the shoes of our Friday night-out dinners at the original Nutley/Clifton Bella Napoli near Route 3. Unpretentious, small, crowded with unbelievable sole franchese, pasta, and bread. When I ordered the chicken franchese here, I was transported back to the original and best Bella. This place is brick wall warm, inviting, and unpretentious. When we get back here from the woods and lakes of Michigan to visit family and friends, this will be our “go-to” haunt for great food, service, and authentic, down-to-earth dining.

An amazing hidden gem, in the heart of Bloomfield, which is now serving up brunch every day!But the meatballs are by far still my favorite thing here as well as the fresh made pasta!
