First time ordering from this place and last, spent 30 dollars including tip and it was the biggest waste of money...we usually order pupusas from canastillas or Adrianas in Newark but thought of trying them from this place for first time and it was a huge mistake ,the pupusas were like normal tortillas, thin, barely any cheese, never seen a Salvadoran restaurant make them this bad and cheaply made, and believe me we have been or ordered from plenty Salvadoran restaurants to know what good pupusas are from here to elizabeth,to Passaic and never have tasted or seen pupusas made so bad as this place, everyone here that tasted them didn't even bother to finish them and ended up throwing the rest out, this was enough to not ever order from again or try any other dishes,it was just a big let down and for me not worth trying any other dishes from them..

I have been a regular customer here for years, mainly for their delicious frijol and cheese pupusas. I always placed the same order for delivery 2 chesse and 2 frijol. However, my recent experiences have been mixed. The delivery policy is baffling and inconsistent. On one occasion, they demanded a minimum order of 22 pupusas for delivery, which is unreasonable. While at another times, my usual order was accepted. I communicated to them about this and their response was to repeat that the order minimum is 22 pupsas. If their policy changed for some reason they need to communicate that instead pushing me to make a ridiculous large order.I found out on my own they offer delivery through DoorDash. It would have been helpful to be told this option from the start, rather than feeling pressured to place a larger order than needed.Being pressured and faced with such erratic policies is off-putting. It's a real shame because their food is genuinely good, but the service inconsistencies and the way customers are treated make for a confusing and unpleasant experience. Consistency in policy and service would definitely enhance the overall experience, matching the high quality of the food.

Really good pupusas. Would love it if they added fried yuca and plantains to menu as a side order.

Great Guatemalan pupusas! I love the loroco one (a type of squash) which it is not always easy to find. Soups are perfectly made. Definitively a taste of home for many of us Central Americans. The "atmosphere" is not set up for you to stay long, but if you are ordering as much as I did, then it takes long to eat and drink it all. A "must" when I take my car to be serviced at Lynnes Subaru across the street.Vegetarian options: Make sure to mention that you are avoiding all types of "carne" if you are strict vegetarian (sin pollo, sin res, sin cerdo).
Very good service and especially the very good pupusas, excellent place

Pretty good pupusas at a great price. Red sauce could use a bit more spice but overall always very good consistent pupusas.

I really am disappointed. The sauce was 95 percent water, the cabbage they put in these tiny bag just like the sauce. The cheese pupusas barely had cheese. I will not order from here again.
