This place always gets the order wrong, they literally can't follow a request as simple as "no ketchup" they also always forget the sause that I request.
Just left the drive through window getting food for the family tonight and the person taking orders didn't get our order correct and told us to drive around again to place the order since they missed it. Said they were short staffed and couldn't do anything about it as we heard one of the employees complain about us through the window. Manager didn't wanna fix the situation their employee did and hearing how their staff speak as well we think we're going to go to another Wendy's that has better order accuracy and less attitude with more accountability. We had our list written down on a note paid on our cell phone that we read off it wasn't hard to comprehend it.Order #3381 *following up with their mistake* order# 2130Spent a total of $50 to be given attitude ?
