Awful customer service. Cannot follow the simplest instructions. The owner and her husband are rude to you if you have a small complaint or a crumb of criticism. Their website is full of photos displaying elaborate cakes, but apparently, writing a simple Happy Birthday message on a cake is out of their area of expertise. We were accused of lying when they had given us a blank cake. Take your business elsewhere. And to both of you and your staff, Find God.

Awful bakery. The “owner” Manuel jerked me around promising me a new cake and a refund after he and his staff messed up my girlfriend’s birthday cake order.Thank you Manuel for telling me over the phone that I would get a refund and a new cake since I “needed it for my party” as you said and then immediately going back on your word when I enter your bakery.So much for supporting Hispanic businesses, I hate to see what you pull on your local clientele. I will spread the word about this AWFUL BAKERY.Edit: Saw the owners reply. No mention of Manuel laughing at the situation and no mention of him trying to turn the situation around on me when I explained initially that the cake is for a birthday party and the fact that I was upset because of the fact that I was told one thing over the phone then another in person.With regards to me “tossing the cake on the table” that is false. The cake was smudged on the way in, I even explained that to Manuel when he pulled the bait and switch.Please find God yourselves by lying to your customers and claiming falsehoods online like this.Again, awful shop. Thank you for ruining our party tonight.

My friend at work referred me to Karla’s Bakery, I was looking for a place to order a customized cake for my daughters birthday, I ended up referring my sister to her and we are not disappointed, Karla made a wonderful, tasty customized cake in town, I will definitely will spread the word to everyone I know that this bakery is one of the best and the owner is super nice and detailed on all customers requests. Giving it 5 stars for the carrot cake alone, pastelitos y bola de yuca were great, a bit too small but great, almond croissant was good and on the 3 leches my son got, he said it was ok. Will recommend stopping by, lots of options to choose from.
