Great food, amazingly great quality food and atmosphere. Everything was tasty from the rice the rice and beans to the perfectly tender steak. But automatically charging 20% gratitude is a little off putting. charging $5 for chips and salsa, for a handful of chips and “salsa” that was mainly badly cut onions was excessive. But overall not a bad experience.

Very good food with a very local home cooking atmosphere. It's the kind of place you want to be a regular at. BYO to go with the virgin Margherita. The service was excellent.

The food this time was mediocre. Ever Mexican restaurant we have been to give you salsa and chips. Not them you need to pay for them. Extra sour cream you had to pay. So We won't be going back there anymore.

We were recommended this place by a nearby bar. It was cute and quiet when we were there. I didn't care for the recommended dish, but NachosMaya was good. They are probably the best Nachos I ever had. If you like a ton of chips, it's not yours. But I loved it. The waiting person was friendly. Took his time to help. There were artworks made with corks by one of the owners. We are coming back.

Glad to have rediscovered Riviera Maya, still as good as I remember. Will definitely return and try their other specialties.

Stopped here mid-week while traveling out-of-town. There were two of us, arrived around 6:00 pm 'ish. We were the only ones in the restaurant. Started with fresh made guacamole and chips....outstanding!! This is some of the best guacamole I've had. The server brought us additional sauces to try, all were good as well. My main course of chicken enchiladas arrived piping hot with beans and rice. (Took a few bites then took a picture). My dining associate had Chile Relleno, he said it was perfect. The service was great, by the time we finished the restaurant was about a quarter full...we must have been early. I would eat here again if I find myself in the area, there are additional menu items I would like to try.

Upon entering I found the decor to be cheerful and pleasing. Since it is BYOB, my friend and I enjoyed our bottle of Sangria with our entrees that were delicious. My steak fajitas was very tasty, although the steak itself could have been a tad more tender. My friend's empanada was flavorful. We shared the tres leches cake; and we devoured every crumb. The service was excellent. I was pleased that the server packed my take home in such a neat manner. Needless to say, there will be a repeat visit.

I recommend the guacamole which is freshly made with homemade corn chips: soooo delicious. The Super Burro with shrimp is delicious, too! The flan for dessert is yummy with their espresso . The décor is bright and cheerful, the wait staff is friendly and there is outdoor seating on cooler days. A fun place with consistently good food.

I've been to this restaurant in the past and have enjoyed the food and service. The service was good, as always. Unfortunately, the post-COVID economy has resulted in belt tightening at this establishment. The chips and salsa are no longer included with the meal. When we received the bill, the 20% tip was included (for just two people). I understand they're a small mom and pop restaurant and they're trying to survive. It's just a shame that the customer has to absorb their financial woes.
