My nephew is from boonton/denville and him and my niece chose to eat here. I love this quaint town and all the gems and great food within. This place is at the top of the list for MULTIPLE PURPOSES!!! Thank you to the staff who made this a special experience. ????????

The food is alright but the service my last few visits have been awful. Today is the topping on the cake. The guy answering the phone is outright rude. I will not be coming back. Id prefer to give my business to people who appreciate their customers instead of talk down to them.

Ordered takeout for 2 years from them. Same 2 rolls Everytime. Today they tasted bad and when I called to complain for the first time, the chef said they were fresh so thats it. I spent 10 minutes trying to get a refund for the 2 rolls. They claim their system won't do refunds. They wanted to replace but if they say it's fresh I certainly don't want bad fish again. I almost puked from the taste and can still smell it in my trash. BAD SMELL + BAD TASTE = BAD FISH. How did it end in an argument cause they didn't want to do anything for me. What was once great has fallen far, what a shame! Worst customer service ever!

Came here for lunch today after hiking, nice place! Food: they have a limited lunch menu, but the deals were pretty nice. I got the salmon platter which was delicious. My wife got a smoked salmon and tuna avocado roll which was also pretty good. Aesthetic: interesting design for the shop with small seating in the front and the back, maybe 12-15 tables total. Service: service left me feeling unimpressed.

I cant say enough fabulous things about Boonton Sushi on Main. Stephon handles the phones. He always remembers us and knows how we like to order. It doesn’t matter how many people at the door and on hold, he remains calm and keeps a welcoming composure. The home made say sauce is so delicious, i love their garden salad dressing. The sashimi is the freshest Ive had and I travel alot!! Their rolls ate scrumptious. I love bringing friends and family with me. Its easy, pleasant, scrumptious.

Great food, unfortunately the service is terrible. Like most of the negative reviews say- they are incredibly rude. I used to dine here pretty regularly I came for lunch once an hour before they close for afternoon break and they told me I should get my food to go ?

Our go-to sushi spot when in the area. I've mostly gotten delivery but I've eaten here once. Dining in was nice but we're usually in the mood to be lazy haha! The sushi is always fresh and delicious. Highly recommend.

Fluctuates on quality day to day, but on a good day it’s one of the best sushi houses in the area (especially when they use real Maine lobster for their lobster roll)!
Great little sushi place, perfect place to pick up a quick lunch or dinner. I dined in and the food was amazing. The beef teriyaki was great and the rolls were delicious.

I have been ordering takeout from Boonton Sushi House about once a month for the past several years out of convenience & mostly sheer laziness on my part. The food is acceptable but nothing special. The restaurant itself looks as it could use a good cleaning. The WORST part is the counter staff. They have NO people skills at all, are rude, and seem like they are doing you a favor. I have let it slide for far too long & tonight will probably be the last time they see. I'll go 10 minutes further and patronize the 2 sushi restaurants in Lincoln Park (Kenko & Chomi)... just my 2 cents
