Been going here for years. They make great bagels, crisp on outside and soft in the middle. Taylor, egg and cheese is delicious. We love their lunch items. Turkey club sandwich is awesome, tons of turkey, 3-4 slices of bacon, mayo on bottom and middle slices of bread. Comes with a side (pot, mac, slaw or chips) and pickles. Love their Tuna and Chicken salad too on a nice fresh poppy or onion bagel. Service can be a little slow. I call ahead most times for pickup.

The only good thing about this place is they offer DoorDash. With that said, I have asked multiple times for extra cheese, have paid for extra cheese, have literally begged for extra cheese in the comments. Today I got no cheese. Not a single morsel of cheese on my breakfast sandwich. Just a dry desert of sadness.Do yourself a favor and go to Old Towne down the street. It’s cheaper, they understand what you’re saying, and extra cheese means a mound of gooey happiness.

They make a decent Taylor ham egg and cheese but make you feel ignored when you arrive or order your food. The place doesn't feel inviting or organized enough to sit and eat.Parking: It's a shared parking lot with Walmart and a smaller brand of stores

Honestly, the breakfast sandwich tasted a little metallic. I don't think I will go back here again.

Probably the best bagel, it is always hot and fresh. If you’re a fan of a chewy soft warm, crispy outside bagel this is your spot….be prepared to wait for over 20 minutes any time your there. In some instances it could be even longer.I think they can totally improve the efficiency of their store. I think there needs to be a major overhaul of the process…it takes way too long for just a bagel with cream cheese. But they know their bagels are the best so I guess it doesn’t matter how long people wait, they’ll still be waiting!

Their Taylor ham, egg and cheese sandwich on a bagel is the best in town. Not sure what the other reviews are talking about, this is just a traditional North Jersey bagel place.

There are other choices in Boonton but this is my go to and has been for over ten years. Bagels are always fresh. Lunch time sandwiches are very good too and prices are reasonable. Tuna and chicken salad are both great.

Never disappoints. Used to go here all the time whenever we lived in Montville. Moved away but had the opportunity to enjoy a bagel sandwich this morning and fly several bagels home with me. Fast friendly service. Plenty of parking. Lots of options for lunch and different breakfast items too.

This place is really tricky to review. When it's done right, this place is hard to beat but sadly, that's very infrequent. We come in every weekend because it's close to home and we keep going back with hopes that this will be one of the visits where the bagel knocks your socks off. But 9 out of 10 times, my bagel is horribly burned (the kind of burned you shouldn't serve to anyone, no less someone ordering their bagels "lightly toasted" - I'm talking the inside fully black, black everything toppings). The cream cheese frequently has a weird gritty texture. The prices are totally inconsistent and although the menu inside has prices listed, there's a sign that says they're not accurate. Possibly the worst issue is the employees attitudes. They are quite literally the most unhappy customer-facing employees you'll ever meet most days. You are absolutely made to feel like you're putting them out by patronizing their business. But like I said, when the bagel is done right, it's the best bagel you'll ever have. I wish they'd get it together and offer that consistently - this place could be the best bagel place in north jersey.

Rafael, Ernesto, Lorena, Danny and Pancho are the greatest group to ever do it! Some of the best bagels you will have.
