Impressive small plates, charcuterie, and cocktail. Great views of the valley. Perfect spot to hang out with friends at happy hour. Price was not too high, but it’s easy to go overboard. Special note: the ONLY place in the NYC area where I have been served real Sicilian anchovies (they are NOT like American ones).
If you love craft cocktails, small plates and charcuterie it’s the place for you! Lovely delicious food, friendly personal service. Great experience overall. We’ll definitely be back.

Waited a long time to get service at the bar even though there were only 5 people in the entire place. One of the bartenders was focused on prepping and the other chatting. The portions are really small. I get that they are tapas but REALLY small for the price. Great atmosphere and wonderful wine selection. If they can figure out food that fits their theme and is reasonably priced this could easily become my go to place.

Super nice place. The decor is unlike any other spot in Boonton. Very upscale. The service was great. Jake the bartender was mixing some really delicious cocktails. The wine was very good as well. The menu needs more plant based options. There was a salad and one melba toast that didn't have meat and dairy on it. A few more options would be nice. If they want people to stay and drink they need to offer bread or something like that because the small plates are very small. We will definitely go back for the drinks and atmosphere. I'm only giving it 4 stars because of the lack of food options for vegans.

We tried Ombra for the first time and we loved it. We sat downstairs in the lounge which I was initially concerned about due to the noise level. I figured it's a lounge/bar so roll with it. My only complaint about the lounge is that it's DARK down there. Several people were using the flashlights on their phones to read the menu. Put in some more light over the small tables. The server was outstanding. He was so professional and friendly. Great recommendations on the meats, cheeses and side items. The bartender was amazing to watch. The way he was crafting cocktails was an art form. The Sidecar and Paper Plane cocktails were amazing! We loved the Burrata, Mortadella, Prosciutto and various cheddars. We will definitely come back. Ombra has a cool vibe and it was nice to see something new in Boonton.

First time in. Knocked out with the fare. Sort of Tappas style but w their own spin. We started w a couple of dishes and just ordered more when we ready for it, which was perfect....kinda like an endless cocktail hour. Everything was superb. More in the haute cuisine classification if I had to describe it. Blocking on the name of it... but had a Chocolate dessert that was truly a tour de force. I'd never tasted any thing like it in my entire life...and I've been around a long time, so that's saying something. Service was superior. Jake was right on top of it.Thanks, Jake.
