I have tasted all of Sogni Dolci's products and must say that you wouldn't know they are gluten-free. The biscotti remind me of the ones my grandmother used to make. The pizza crust is firm and crispy and scrumptious. If you haven't tried these products, please go on line and order them!

Amazing quality for gluten free food. The owners are very knowledgeable about food and very passionate about it as well. I cannot stop thinking about his gluten free buns and pizza crusts. Nothing short of amazing.
